It's awful when online shopping goes wrong, when my father ordered £55 ($100) worth of DVDs, they never arrived and the site shut down so we never had a chance to make an inquiry. The guy on the phone sounds pretty decent though, so it won't be the same case for you. Your sister will love her gift!
