You can use epsom salt and baking soda (though I've never mixed in baking soda but I have used pure epsom salt, both can be found in any grocery store actually) instead but the effect isn't as great. Basically hot baths make your body work a little harder than lukewarm baths in order to regulate your temperature. I actually just used a Bulgarian White Rose Mask from My Beauty Diary and it was great as always from that brand~~ I have to be careful with masks since many will break me out but those two brands don't.
