Feel the burn (17) 

Friday I got home from work, immediately put on my exercise clothes and did 50 minutes worth of tae bo, pilates, cardio, and free weights. I felt only a little sore Saturday and even less today. So I did some low-impact yoga today. (I’m not the biggest fan of yoga
, but stretching is good.)
Tomorrow I should be good for another 40 minute session! I’ve actually lost a couple of pounds already (I was surprised! Especially since I just want to tone up.) :aha:
I quickly scanned in some of my favorite exercise tips from various magazines and printed them out for a booklet. I’ll post many of them here though! If for any reason you need these larger just email me. There are 11 fairly large images under the “read more.” Click with caution

HELLO! I was on Bellasugar (sort of?) Ahahaa. Well, as a source at least! Cool. And I must say I agree with the short article. =3
I recommend ANY of the magazines I have listed plus a few others
