I think this is the cleanest layout I’ve ever done! Haha, and I was WANTING something very graphic intense, but it just wasn’t happening for me. Oh well.

Well, I never got to update about my job. First off, NOAA = National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration. I’m a web developer there. Well, will be. I’m excited because I’ve admired NOAA ever since I was a kid. Maybe because I grew up on the coast, I don’t know. I will get the official offer I must sign this week. Then next Monday should be my first day which includes an orientation and loads of forms. I’m excited though 
. The pay is great & I’m glad because I can now afford to fly to my family’s for my birthday this year. Plus fly my little sister up here this upcoming summer.
Anyway~ I’m having to buy a few more work clothes. I did have work clothes, but they are too casual for a government office. So I need more blazers and slacks. Plus a nice & professional looking bag and document case. I finally got an overcoat for the winters, plus It’ll help me blend in there. It’s black, but super cute still because of the buttons and cut. I’m going to be taking the Metro to work. Driving there is a death wish with the beltway traffic. Took me nearly two hours to get home from my second interview last week.

I love this new layout…yes, very bright white yet lovely and simple all at the same time. Good luck with all that paperwork, I could imagine the pile you’ll have to sign. XD

Hehe, Jenny is all professional now (not that you weren’t!) working at a government office -is very proud- you must take pictures of you dressed up in your new work cloth!

That’s the utest desk Ive ever seen! I also loving the site. I like the brightness of it! Im also VERY HAPPY FOR YOU about your new job! :>!! I hope all goes well on your 1st day…you must inform us all on how it goes.

The layout rocks. I’m super excited for you about your job! About Matt’s prospect in the DC area.. he had a phone interview today that went well, so hopefully he’ll hear back from them. Sorry I haven’t been around to chat (busy last month of classes @@

Try H&M for work clothes. I visited recently in the summer and they had some really cute suits for a reasoable price. The cut didn’t really fit me but I so wanted to buy half the stuff there.
