A bit overwhelming, yes?

My packet for my new job came in today. TONS of forms to fill out. Mainly because of the security issues due to this being a government career. I start Monday. I can’t wait to sign up for health benefits!!!!! WOOOOOOOO! I can have dental! Haha, seriously… I need health insurance badly. So that’s good.

I need to take some slacks in to get altered before I begin my new job. They are slacks I bought for the office. But, because I’m 5′ 3″, the fuckin’ things are too long. Even “short” cuts are long. WTF amazon-nation? Where are these 6′ tall women!? I know, “I’m short, get over it”. I’m sure someone will say “I wish I were shorter!”, well, I don’t care, this is my blog & I’ll bitch bout whatever I want to bitch about and right now I’m bitching about having to get shit hemmed. HUM, I wish it were spring, then I could just buy skirts and I’d have time to search for those PERFECT FIT pants!!! That’s my problem really. I need more time… is it obvious I’m on edge? It’s hard NOT to be. The fuckin’ apartment smells like my old one did after hurricane Katrina. I don’t know, that in itself is upsetting and making me all panic-like.

I’m just really pissed/frustrated/overwhelmed/sad/lonely/confused/tired/ …

I worked on Karen’s Japanese Lesson today. I have a photo of its progress…

HAHAHAHA!!! Sorry, I know that’s mean. It’s too cute for words really, but I’m not done just yet. I’ll de-pixel the image after she receives it :oh happy day:. I worked on it all morning !!

Stuff I got a few days ago. I actually had to stop myself in the store! Hahaha, I was like, “OK! This is already too much! I need to quit this addiction!!! But the people in the store were SO nice! They let me try fresh fruits and said one of the workers was also addicted to Japanese snacks! When she goes to Japan, the only thing she brings back is Japanese candy!! XDDDDD!

I also received a package the other day from my friend in Japan! She sent me a housewarming gift . Here is a photo! The slippers are so warm! And the まねきねこ [beckoning cat] is perfect! Very cheerful too. OH, ALSO….

Well, that’s enough for now. I’m drained. Been rushing around preparing to start this new job. I’ve also been trying to think of a Birthday gift for Mike. It’s on November 23rd. Also, November 23rd will be our 5th year. Together for a while….

   I think being short is LOADS OF FUN! But your right, finding the perect pair of pants is really hard!! Sometimes I also wish I was a bit taller.

   Okay, I’m 5′2 so you can imagine the length on me, hahaha. XD The short cut from Gap fits me perfectly but all the other brands are still toooo long. I hope all the stress of whats going on is gone soon…think of yourself in your office looking out the window and seeing an amazing view, …I tried. OMG you did buy so much candies ‘n stuff…looks yummy though!!
