My face hurts . I broke out pretty badly while in Florida. My skin just isn’t used to the humidity anymore! So my chin exploded. It’s been doing the going away, coming back crap all week annoying. But that’s what concealer is for I suppose!

It’s finally gorgeous weather! I went out today and picked up some summer clothes on Memorial Day sale. I meant to grab some new work clothes… but everything was just so blegh.

I thought I’d show ~~some~~ too many photos of my terrace garden! It’s coming together . I wanted 2 hanging flower boxes but the ones I purchased (and LOVED) didn’t fit properly onto the railing … so it’s a work in progress.

I forgot to post my favorite thing from the den last night. The bird pull-back hooks! For the curtains…

Also someone asked about the chandelier. It’s from IKEA. KRISTALLER . And the little birdie tieback hooks are here from UO. Online only which was really annoying to me b/c I have 3 nearby UO stores .

Picked up the newest issue of Non-no today. More about that later but I was flipping through and 1/2 way I came to pages with these shots…

& said “Whoa… herro Vivi!!” (≧w≦) ウヒヒ☆ NOT that I’m complaining! I know Non-no went from being #1 magazine in the 90’s to losing roughly 1/2 their subscribers come the turn of the century, so, they have been slowly regaining subscribers back and are obviously, now, trying to appeal to the more pop audience. I would actually love it if they did “Vivi-ize” their magazine more BECAUSE IT WOULD SAVE ME $$$$$ by not having to buy Vivi !!!

I really love Vivi for summer looks. I tend to drop Zipper & CUTiE till the winter months when I actually gravitate towards those layered looks instead. It’s quite complicated, I know (hahahh.)

No house photos today, not enough time to edit. I’m so tired! I even added a super simple Twitter app to my sidebar
It’ll display my most recent update… let’s see if I get hooked or just bored!

Lounge Around

I feel the house has made me a really lazy blogger. I just post room photos & leave. THE END. I say this in the most loving and humorous way though My actual days are mostly filled with work and rain … so very much rain. So today I stayed in and lounged around; read some letters; talked about bills. The gas company set up our payments all funky so Mike’s gonna call them tomorrow~~ good news though, the new place is so well insulated that it’s cut our power bill in half

So tonight I’ll post pictures of the den! The den is upstairs (with the office & bathrooms & bedroom.) It's also "Mike's space." I got to have some say in the decor, but mostly it was about him being able to leave out his guitars and drums and DVDs and video games ~ blah blah blah. OH, office curtains & these both from Urban Outfitters
