I used to panic, but know I always ask if my mom touched our modem before starting to panic. I hate being without internet :D Once our cable got cut off, but my dad already paid the bill. They said they would reconnect us, but nothing happend. So my dad made phonecall telling our cable company that our internet also runs on cable and he had to use it for work. If they didn't fix it soon, he would lose incomes and the cable company would have to make good the loss. Our cable was fixed the very same day :) I hope you'll get reconnected soon!
