RE your DSL, maybe they'll let you off your contract if you become a terrible customer? Maybe try seeding popular torrents for days at a time to use your bandwidth to the max? I swear, anyway to make a buck, ya know!! Glad you have another ISP and hopefully they will be A LOT better in all aspects. That's good that you're not losing too much money in the end..but it's lame that you have to go through this crap anyway.
