Be sure you have it in writting from your service provider about your plan - the lady at the verizon store said we got free AIM messaging; but the next month we got a bill of $1500 (yes... $1500, I didn't type it wrong!).. my mom luckily got them to drop the price, because her buisness is one of Verizon's larger clients, and shes in charge of phones, so she threatened to make the company stop using Verizon unless they dropped my bill..
