I was nervous using this at first because OIL. Oils make my hair crazy flat! But this one was different and I have mega volume after using it because it washes away any build up from the previous days. Though I will say it's way easier holding onto any volume when my hair is short. I usually cut my hair after it passes my shoulders because it just weighs the roots down so much.
