I bought a house today =3

We signed the contract for our new home today!
We have 15 days to review it. I was really happy with the outcome so far. Our place is in pre-construction which is great for us because:
1: We’re getting a GREAT price on it.
2: It won’t be ready till this fall which is when our year lease ends with our apartment. That’s REALLY perfect because we won’t have to break our lease to move into a new home which could have cost literally thousands $$$.
3: It’s NEW and we’ll be the first owners of the pristine place.
I took photos of a model home that has nearly the EXACT same floor plan that ours will have. There’s a lot of photos but I’ll do my best to give the “tour.”
First off to give you an idea of what the home is…
It’s a Carriage Home (or townhouse condominium.) To know more email me or Google it
First you walk in through the front door and to your left is the living room

Kitchen (further back there is a door to the garage and the 1/2 bath)
Dining area. The downstairs is a very open floor plan. We have an open floor plan here at the apartment too.

It’s actually a rather large bedroom with 2 walk-in closets and a master bath!! It’s a bit intimidating to us.

So yea, that’s an overview. Now we just review the contract and if in 15 days we’re still happy it’s ours and we just wait for the next phase which is choosing colors and upgrades to the home!
No exterior shots just yet b/c the model home is a different exterior style than the one we’re getting. We’ll be in a Victorian style townhouse.

Wow!!! That looks great!! I was considering either a townhouse or a modular home.
Oh wow! Congratulations!! Wow, just to imagine that you’ll be getting something very similar to this. I really like the green color scheme in the master bedroom. I might do that for my room, but I highly doubt I’ll have the time. And my parents like the walls white for some weird reason.
But yeah, I’m so excited for you!
