Delicious but Dangerous (46)

But I knew I would pay quite the price for such an unhealthy choice
Especially since I finished all 3 donuts *feels bizarrely proud for such a thing* LOL
So I had a number of over-the-counter medicines with me today to cover the gambit of indigestion symptoms!
I still wanted more buffalo wings today, OMG! But I was good. I had a panini, salad, and whole grain baguette for dinner today~ Feeling much better too now of course~

Outfit snaps so I don’t get so lazy that I just put sweats on after work each weekday…. LOL

My sister found out she is graduating! YAY! THANK GOD TOO! But I don’t think I’ll be flying down there (it’s next Friday.) I looked at my vacation leave and if I want to do some travel late this summer I can’t really take days off. And I’d rather not fly all the way there for a quick turnaround weekend. Anyway. Mom understands and it turned out not to be a big deal thankfully. I’ll be sending her a nice gift though~~ 18 year olds like money, right? Hahahahaaaa~~

Anyone got good weekend plans? So far I’m just going to a book fair. Everything else is left up to chance~~

This & That Update (39)

I’m back~ Got sorta sick this week. Probably a sinus infection or something small. I took a few days of rest and am feeling fine & fancy free now!

Boooo to Sunday evenings. T-minus work in 9 hours or so. Boo, boo, haahaa~ 3-day work week please?

Everyone call their Moms today?? Mine continues to suddenly try & guilt me into coming down for my sister’s graduation. Why is this a guilt-ed thing? Well 2 reasons:

My sister is failing and isn’t exactly sure she’ll be able to graduate (high school )
She’ll know if she’ll graduate less than a week BEFORE graduation which means I’d be buying at last minute plane ticket price rape time.

I’m NOT buying my ticket until I know she’s graduating damnit. I don’t have vacation time nor money to burn on a “hope & a prayer” she’ll pass. It might be different if they ever took the time to visit me. I’ve lived here for 5 years and my family has yet to visit me. OK… we’ll go down that rabbit hole so other time, LOOOOOOOOL. HAPPY THOUGHTS, HAPPY THOUGHTS!

Last Saturday I stumbled upon this bakery in Georgetown called Baked and Wired. Great atmosphere and even greater sweets! I got this sandwich cookie that had creamy chocolate and caramel flavored cream sandwiched between two chewy rich chocolate cookies!!
