Too much change at once

Rinka embodies how Jenny is feeling
Work, is, crazy right now. Upsetting. Those on high came down upon my department (that is like a family) yesterday and ripped us in two. Out of the blue. Everyone is devastated. It was in some way comforting to hear that many of my coworkers had a really rough time sleeping last night too, comforting in an odd way. The BS being fed to us as to “WHY” these things are being done is the most frustrating.
We grieve together. Changes are coming. Lemons to lemonade….

Poor Jen. Don’t worry. I bet it’ll just take some getting used to what ever those changes are. Unless it’s something like someone getting canned. D: Then all I can do is offer condolences.

damn…this really sucks~ i read the previous post as well. I’m sorry this has happened. I hope that some miracle will happen and everything will go back to the way it used to be.

That really sucks (I read previous post, too). ;______; I hate when the “higher ups” make changes when things are working great the way they are. And when they make these changes its usually for no “real” reason, maybe they’re bored and pull things out there asses, sigh~
After all the confusion and sadness is gone hopefully you’ll still enjoy your job.
that really sucks :( It’s like half the time they make these change for no good reason… someone wants to feel important or change things ‘just because,’ even if there’s no business value.
I hope they haven’t screwed things up too much ;_;

that kinda sucks, but I’m sure you’ll get adjusted to the changes, too. If your department is like a family, I’m sure you’ll get through those troubles just fine ^^
oh it seems there’s work trouble all over the world. stuff like that sucks, especially when you’re happy with your current situation and not ready for change!
