Wait, I’m the rude one here?

Firstly, I had a GREAT day of Christmas shopping! A store in our mall started carrying oodles of Hello Kitty stuff!!! I told the cashier that I almost had a seizure of glee! There was SOOO much I wanted to buy for myself & others. I got just a few few things. Stuff I needed like cute scissors & a pencil sharpener for my home desk ^_^! I really wanted the kissing coin bank & kitty chopstick rests. Oh well.
So I got everyone’s but Mike’s gifts!! I even got myself a little something extra. I ADORE pearls as some of you know and I saw these faux pearls in McRAES. The tag said $36.00 with 30%. But when I got up to the counter the sales lady said they were only $5.00 each! Oh my GOSH! So I bought 2!! One pink & red colored, the other navy blue & black! They are long so I can wrap them twice or 3 times if I want.
However, there was ONE little ick of the day. I’m too lazy to blog it so I’ll put up the convo I had with Karen. This refers to these few entries about the people in this apartment complex.
Jen: remember my neighbor & other other
girl here hating me?
Karen: yeah?
Jen: & mike fixed our neighbor’s issues….
Jen: well
Jen: the OTHER girl still disliked me or w/e
Jen: well today we were in Sears checking out
Jen: and we get to the counter and the girl
there is checking us out then says “Ya’ll live in ‘apartment complex’s name here’ ”
right? (our apartments name) We nod and say yep.
Jen: then a few moments pass and she
suddenly starts rambling…
Jen: “You know I don’t have a problem with
you it’s just that everyone thinks you’re so rude and blah blah
blah I don’t think it’s right for you to be rude to us and blah
blah blah.”
Jen: I’m kinda befuddled and missed alot of
what she said
Jen: she stares and me and I go “Um, I’m sorry but I’m not even sure who you are?”
Jen: well, then she made it clear that it was
HER b/c she was like, I was at your neighbors that one night
were you were SO rude and rolled your eyes at us AND
EVERYONE SAW IT AND YOU TWO ARE JUST SO RUDE!
Jen: I’m stunned and I just go “Oh. um, ok.”
Jen: o_o;;
Karen: >___> pssh.
Karen: stupid people
Jen: and then I get so flushed and mad b/c
I’m thinking, wtf!?
Jen: and I want to say SOOOOOOO much to
her but I let it go.
Karen: ah if that was me i would of cussed her out
Karen: o+__+o
Jen: I know, I wish I had
Karen: at least you handled it well
Jen: yea, I did the “bigger” thing
Karen: haha
Jen: but still, geez, I’m the Rude one!?
Karen: i dont understand why she thinks your rude?
Karen: i mean
Karen: making
Karen: an assumption
Jen: she is telling us off while she’s ringing up
our stuff!
Karen: about someone you dont know
Karen: the one who does that
Karen: is the rude, stupid one
Jen: I know it! I truly didn’t know who she was.
Karen: >___>;
Jen: I just though she lived in the apartments
or smtg when she asked if we lived there.
Jen: ~crazy people~

And oh man that girl is totally rude!!! I mean, if I were her and I knew about your problem w/ your neighbor, I still wouldn’t say anything. It’s really not their business…

holy those pearls are SO GORGEOUS! they look great on you, too…very flattering. they were only $5?! don’t you just love that….such a steal. I love pearls too, even grandma-ish ones ;p i don’t mind not having real ones because they look just as good & they don’t yellow!
