HOT COFFEE

Friday Mike & I took a little roadtrip to the countryside to visit Hot Coffee, MS!! It was WONDERFUL! Just us and the road. I pretty short trip and we were looking for something kitschy and fun! It beat any old 3 hour trip to the mall, that’s for sure! Here’s another page about Hot Coffee, MS. What was it like? Well, the entire town had only 2 stores, general stores ya know, and LOTS of countryside with farms. We both got really cute T-Shirts that said HOT COFFEE, MS on them, nicely designed to be honest too! Cheap too ヽ(●�ε｀● )ノ. It was fun, but we’re geeks like that~

Seriously, the only thing to take pictures of was like the 3 or 4 signs at either of the general stores!! Hehehe, here I am being obvious.

There’s Mike! I have to say though, this place had amazingly clean bathrooms!

We really wanted to bring the music sign home with us and nail on the neighbor’s door.

I ADORE RC Cola! It’s all I ever had as a kid. My parents rarely allowed soda, but when we did have it, it was RC!! I want to buy an RC Cola shirt with this classic circular RC logo on it. I’ve seen it online but have yet to grab it.

On the way home we ate at this Fruit Stand that served homemade hamburgers and fries. It was DELICIOUS! I miss old-fashioned food~ FILLS you up for hours and so quickly! But while we were there in the store the power went out! It was really crazy! All the locals were really eyeing us “city-folk” Hahahaha, I’m just playing around. We ate outside despite the 90+ degree weather. It was really fun.

We got home in time though! This is outside our apartment, it started storming very badly so we just sat home & read (*�∀｀ )b.

So yea! That was a lot of fun. Sometimes you need to visit something so kitschy and dated. I found out the place was there because awhile ago my grandfather said if I ever go that way to get him a hat from there! So, of course I did! Really, Mike had planned this little road trip as a surprise for me after my classes Friday! He’s so sweet. We haven’t had much time together the past month so it was nice just BEING together :love:
