slippery when wet… and icy

Today was one of the longest days. Maybe not long b/c that implies crappy… it was a full day. I had intended to be out tonight celebrating w/coworkers at a farewell party, but the weather was so bad, and then the person I would walk from the pub with decided to not go, and then my back started hurting…. and I have a million reasons why I didn’t go. Though, I know I missed out. :rejected:
It was, however, very lovely getting off the train today into a world of white bliss (snow!) But then I nearly slipped and died 10 times and remembered how snow can suck.

Ahhh~ we still didn’t get any snow yet here in The Netherlands *sigh* I love snow when it’s dry and it’s still fresh – when it starts to sorta melt and freeze up again *ugh* I hate it when that happends :( Luckily they throw salt so it won’t get too icy and slippery :D

Awww sorry about that. The weather here was so.. sleet-y last night. ANd we wer e supposed to have a snowday on Friday but it didn’t even snow. How sad.

Slipping on snow is annoying like getting a really bad electric shock, there’s nobody to blame! You can only shout at the force of nature!

snow?? mm i’m not a fan of snow either. i think it should snow when it’s christmas but not in february!

Sometimes it’s nice to stay in, even when you know you’re missing a good time. Especially when it’s slippery outside ^^

oh snow!!! i wish there were snow here too, winter is already gone here, flowers are blooming… but yeah it could be dangerous if it’s icy… 危ないから気をつけてね！

I fell asleep in the car and woke up to white lawns and wet streets….
There’ll be other days when OTHER people will miss out when you’re at an event…I don’t know why but my comments taste bitter recently…oy. WTF. They’re not supposed to be…o_O!?
