Feel the burn

Friday I got home from work, immediately put on my exercise clothes and did 50 minutes worth of tae bo, pilates, cardio, and free weights. I felt only a little sore Saturday and even less today. So I did some low-impact yoga today. (I’m not the biggest fan of yoga O_O, but stretching is good.)
Tomorrow I should be good for another 40 minute session! I’ve actually lost a couple of pounds already (I was surprised! Especially since I just want to tone up.) :aha:
I quickly scanned in some of my favorite exercise tips from various magazines and printed them out for a booklet. I’ll post many of them here though! If for any reason you need these larger just email me. There are 11 fairly large images under the “read more.” Click with caution :D

Ahh what a good idea. I definitely plan to go back to exercising once I’m feeling better. :) It’s almost Spring here in Aus! :D

Ho man. Those exercises look funny, but they also look like fun. I need to get back to the gym, I haven’t been in nearly a month! x_x Which is not good. I mean, I lost 15lbs collectively since April, but I still need to lose another 15lbs to reach my goal weight. Gah!! I love how the number looks on my scale, but it needs to get down more and I have lost tone in my legs again because I stopped going. -_- Grr.

Wow those work out pictures are really cute. I learned when I took a picture of myself a couple of days ago that I needed more loss. But I don’t know what I can do about big bones though.
