Spring Used Mix Snippets

I got in the latest issue of Used Mix a bit ago and scanned in a bunch of inspo for myself. Figured I’d share them too since they’re already cropped and saved for loading onto my iPhone :P I mostly scanned in retro casual styles and not so much the other street looks because it just matches my closet better these days.
This issue was a.m.a.z.i.n.g. :deco4: I really wish this wasn’t just a quarterly magazine *cries* :drops: Lots of retro girly coordinates plus casual too. :ok: Just a lot of little inspiring looks and wants. Huge snap section. Wish they had a bit more hair & make this issue but there were plenty in the winter issue. God I really wish this was a monthly. I feel like this magazine combines Seda with Popsister with Vivi, etc, etc all in 1 :deco3:

I really love the loose and flowy pieces this season~ I really wanted to get a pair of those bubble shorts with the dots… but the trend seems to have died already~ I swear I NEVER see girls wearing them around here… I also think they’d be hard to coord with my current wardrobe. And I LOVE the grey over-the-knee socks! One of my favorite looks :)

Nnnnggg, I love those bubble shorts! However, I have this godforsaken hourglass figure, so they’re a no go for me{unless I want to make my ass and hips look bigger!}
The ones with the scalloped edges are adorable, and they look like they taper at the waist, so I might have some hope of finding decent shorts this summer!

The third scan up from the bottom is just perfection in itself~ loving the flared-leg jeans with the sweet feminine top + the border shirt with the bandana print skirt. Really simple & lovely~!
I’m not sure how I feel about the bubble shorts either though lol~ I think they look cute on the models but probably not so much irl XD -
but maybe it’s so good BECAUSE it’s only pubished quarterly~~ quality over quantity :b
that was me just being a jerk.
I LOVE THESE CORDS but i do not think i could pull off such baggy/loose/wide-legged jeans. i wish i could, they look amaaaazing with heels~

OMG! I love all of those styles ; O ; retro is tooo cute, but I don’t think it would look good on me lolol I feel like if I lose a lot more weight, then I can pull it off xDDD;;
I’ve never heard of this magazine before! I’m so behind on magazines =w=;; I only know like a handful of fashion magazines! I’m adding this to my list of ‘must-read’ magazines!

Oh, I adore those bubble shorts. Makes me want to buy a pair but, as with other commenters, I don’t think they’d be very flattering. Alas!
Used Mix has some super cute styles though! Think I’ll have to add this to my magazine browsing… :)

These are great! I really like the cover even just as a photography piece. Some of the themes are nice here~ I love that classy shorts are coming back…puffy or with ties… :)
Actually, overall in the US I feel like we are getting more dressy stuff mixed in with casual (does that make sense)? Like the sole t-shirt and jean phase is passing…
Also the make the socks + heels thing work! Yes please my feet hurt enough! ;D
