burning down the house

Monday, August 21st, 2006 | 21 Comments

So, at around 1:00am last night the fire alarm for the entire building goes off AGAIN. I’m serious!!! This time I took an extra minute or so. I put on my favorite jeans, shirt, and shoes. Grabbed my purse with ID too. Almost everyone was outside and this time about 5 trucks plus cop cars came. I say “almost everyone” because people on the 5th & 6th floors decided to opt for standing on their balconies and peeping out windows instead of evacuating the building. And you know what….?

It was real this time. A real fire. And guess what else,… it was on the 5th & 6th floors!!!!!! idiots!!! Fucking stop ignoring your alarms and get out!!! The firemen were livid, I mean LIVID at these people.

Anyway. I spent all weekend catching up on sleep I lost to the first alarm… it was rather pointless now. (I’m so tired). We were outside for over an hour.

OMG, I guess they thought it was a prank again, ~ But I can imagine how mad the firemen were. I mean, even if you think it’s a prank it may also be the real deal like it obviously was.

Glad it wasn’t near you and your stationary, hahahaha~

Damn, so much has happened since the last time I was online and on your site. First of all, looking back on the entries, I adore the wedding dresses in those pictures. I’m so excited for you! The only thing about dresses is they are so damn expensive. They would take SO long to pay off.. The whole wedding idea freaks me out, so much money O__O! Anyways, thats so funny about the idiots on the fifth and sixth floors. I don’t care if there had been 2934 fake alarms, no matter what it could be real. Hopefully no one was hurt! And hopefully there wasn’t too much damage.

Damn I know it’s frustrating when it’s a fake alarm, but I’d rather not play with my family’s lives.

That’s what happens when the bell rings for nothing, in the end, people don’t believe it… (isn’t it the story of a fake wolf and eaten sheep?) haha
take care, xoxo

Hehe, it’s the story of the boy who cried wolf. And yes, it’s really stupid to ever assume that a fire alarm’s not real! Always rather be cautious! Still, I hope no one got hurt!

What a shocker.. (º,_º”"|) It’s a good thing, though, that you got out safe and sound. *hugs* That and the fact that it’s funny that you got out in style. x3

Not to be mean or anything, but I would have loved to see a mob of angry firemen. x3
