I’m just so happy Poupee finally got jean overalls/salopettes! I love any thing that I can match to my real life daily wear! I got mine through Yesstyle from the Bluemint store here. There’s another one from the Puffy store but it’s sized small.

I’m a total salopette, romper, onesie, onepiece, whatever LOVER They’re so comfy and honestly you buy one = full outfit ready to go.
On another note I had no idea the CVS near my office building had SO MUCH lash & nail stuff! I ran on an errand over there during lunch this week and was quite distracted. So I bought these cheap outer lid lashes. I like them because they’re easier to put on (whoot only 1/2 the lashes!) but they’re not as dramatic as a full lash line set.
Oh, I’ve been getting a lot of questions about how to curl your hair. Haylee has a great little vid for those of you who have flat-irons instead of curling irons! I only having curling irons so I fail at giving ANY advice on how-to’s for that. It can be found on her entry here.

I refer to this stuff as “visual Engrish.” She’s holding a “Eat to Beat Diabetes” book in the shoot. Now… why!? Hahahah, is it because there’s a yummy dessert on the cover? Is it just because it was in English and therefore instant prop? Or is someone on set with a sarcastic sense of humor!? Either way, it’s awesome, hahaha

I prefer the one fom Bluemint more because of the polka-dot fringe. Makes me wanna wear overalls all over again. Project Runway (not sure if you watch it but…
once did an episode where the “designtestants” had to incorporate one of 12 outdated fashion designs in their collenction. One of those outdated design was overalls. I was like WHA??? How could overalls be outdates?! LOL. Your post definitely proved them wrong

cute salopette^^but i really don’t like to wear them, not very comfortable in my eyes.
i’m totally into star mimi on yesstyle and would buy if they would offer free shipping from 40$ but this way they charge double the price for one piece….
they have rip-off prices but they are reliable at least^^
Star Mimi stuff is SO cute but most the tops are a tad too tiny in the bust for me so I can’t order from them usually =Y.

& - i love the way you curl your hair. it gives that wavy look! balances your face quite well.
&& - that “eat to beat diabetes” book is hilarious. i did read in a book once that most japanese are health obsessed (which is why as they get older, they still look young & energetic), minus the younger generations who are surprisingly getting into the whole western diet thing, oh noes!

I have never been able to curl my hair using a straightener like that, but it’s because my straightener is pretty crappy haha. If anyone tries that method and gets discouraged make sure you try it with a good ceramic iron!
thanks for the hair link. i’ve used flat irons to curl my hair before but it’s usually a hit or miss for me haha but i’m still trying to figure out how to use a curling iron.

Hm, I tend to shy away from overalls because I wore them so much when I was little (I had that problem when I started wearing leggings again, too), but I’m probably ready to give them a try.
