Joel was freakin’ fantastic live! Great show and if he comes around next time he has new stand-up I’m definitely going! :bigheart:
Then the next morning I got my hair cut. I’m pretty happy with it. I really didn’t have anything in mind, I just knew it needed a trim and shaping. I took some crappy before & after :arrow:

Not a big change, just some thinning out and layers put in. I took this pic as a sort of reference to what I wanted. I still wanted fuller bangs and some slight changes to the pic. I haven’t had a chance to REALLY style it myself. I took a curling iron to it tonight but without product just to see what soft curls would look like. It’s a little oily from the day. I tend to push my bangs to the side after a day of work because full bangs start to look stringy :;_;:

It’s pretty cool lately… and rainy still on & off. :downarrowtime:
But, but I have things that cheer me up! My friend from Japan and I can finally email phone to phone! Before she could email me from her phone but I couldn’t email her phone directly from my email account. But since the blackberry is in Japan my blackberry email address & her phone’s email can talk! YAAAAAY! It’s basically like texting :kittylove: :fleetheart:
Per Winn’s request (heehee) I’m installing a “subscribe to comments” plugin. I know it’s not as lovely as the WP notifier but I don’t really feel like dealing with upgrading WordPress (I’ve done it before & verted back b/c I miss all my little hacks I personally added) but I’m still tweaking it so it’s not up yet. I don’t wanna spend my whole night on it so, later~ but do any of you think you’d use it? Or am I just wasting my time? :doubledquestion: :rejected:

I love every one of the pieces in both of the outfits. ちょかわいい~ Damn, it must be nice that you can still wear boots out. It’s already too hot to wear boots here in Cali.

your so cute =] i love the hair. I have the same problem when i had straight bangs. when it gets oily, it becomes stringy and gross. It looks horrible. have you tried any dry shampoo? I wonder how that works.

It looks great! I don’t like how stylists do my hair after I get it cut though because it’s too flat for my big face lol.
I love wearing colored pants — I would wear my purple pants everywhere if it weren’t so noticeable!

I love the cut Jen! It’s so cute, really suits your face~ Do you get it cut at an Asian salon? I’m trying to look for a good hairdresser that’s not Asian because most of the Asian places in Sydney don’t speak fluent English! :(

Yea I go to a Chinese stylist. She owns her own place where it’s just her & her husband. She was recommended to me and she’s FANTASTIC. However I wouldn’t say her English is fluent but it’s never been an issue for either of us. :P I always bring in a photo of what I want so maybe that helps.

Yea the med size is still a pretty big tote so you’ll be able to fit all that stuff plus more. The large is like a gym bag in size, huuuuge. :P

Hmm, I wanted just a trim for my haircut, but I definitely think I want to get some styling similar to yours now. That’s the look I’ve been going for. I think it’s really cute for summer especially.

I’d go blind if I had bangs the same length as the girl in the japanese website. o.o; Looks like they can poke you in the eye. They’d be annoying to swipe every time. I’m sure your bangs will be like that in like 1/2 mouth depends on how fast your hair grows.
I remember someone I knew had loads of volume in her bangs. She used the blow dryer, so that’s why. I feel like after using it for so long, it would stay that volumized forever and like float in the air. xDDD
