After I got home from work today and ate dinner I passed out for 2 hours. I knew I was a bit tired, all week really. I had to struggle to get up off the couch tonight. I didn’t want to sleep straight through or else I’d wake up at 4am with nothing to do and I’d have to creep around the house trying not to wake Mike up. :;_;:
I’m so happy it’s the weekend though! Even if it turns out to be rainy. :rainyumb:
Monday and Tuesday I’ll be away at an overnight offsite office meeting. Mike’s being all paranoid about me driving there solo. :madmark: But the car is new with roadside assistance plus I have 2 forms of GPS! I think I’m good. It is kinda a long drive though, like 2.5 hours :rejected: I think our XM subscription last through the weekend, hahahahaaaa! We got 3 months free XM Radio with the new car.

I was wondering too, is there anything you’d like to see me blog more about?
Maybe magazine scans huh? I don’t have much time these days to really scan anything in, but there’s always jmagazinescans for scans too. Anything else?? Less me more Japanese fashion? Maybe less Japanese fashion ramblings? Sometimes I just get curious about it, that’s all :gigglewakuface:
Speaking of magazines, Pinky announced its final issue will be February 2010 :kanjicry:
EXTREMELY SADDDDD!
Pinky is my favorite magazine (Pop Sister doesn’t count because it’s not a full monthly magazine yet!)
Due to slumping numbers the magazine is calling it quits after 5 years of production. It sucks!! For me that magazine was like a shopping guide! A perfect mix of Non-no meets Vivi. I even got to liking Emi now that she’s toned down and more nerd/rock style and doesn’t seem as full of herself as before. Not to mention Nozomi, Yukina, and Coco!! Damn.
Here are the latest subscription numbers from here. I did an overall list so keep in mind many of these magazines are in different “genres.”

Tsubasa x S-Leg collab!
The Autumn/Winter 2009 Tsubasa S-leg socks are perfection! :*: Let me just say I WANT EVERYTHING!!! ALL STYLES ARE SO CUTE! She mentioned it on her blog a few weeks ago. These photos are from her blog :arrow: I didn’t really like how the web site photographed the different socks (LOL)
Also Tsubasa’s arm are so sickeningly skinny; I SO JEAAALOOOUS! hahahahahaa :lol: :lol:
Last weekend I did a little bit of shopping. Got some good deals too! Plus a few things I’ve been wanting for a while. Like this onepiece jumpsuit! I think I can layer it with some mouton boots and long sleeves for autumn. Also picked up a knit romper (hell yes!!!,) an animal print scarf, some pink shorts (on super sale,) and lace tights! Also got a simple black dress for $10!! After complaining last week that I didn’t have any that fit me anymore :good:
And yes, most these photos are going up on poupee soon :D :bow:
Taking photos of black clothing is so impossible by the way… :pissy:
Them opening in Tokyo is the greatest thing that could happen for the state-side shops!
You can tell that a lot of the new items are made for the Tokyo tastes
It’s not the sexiest of dresses but it’s appropriate for family gatherings and such!
Wearing the Shining Days top I mentioned earlier that I ordered from here through yesstyle!
I’m off to wash my face and climb into bed! Been marathon’ing The Office season 5 for the past few days! This inevitably causes me to have Office-themed dreams. It always happens when I marathon TV on DVD. Next week I’ll be buying It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia season 4!! Can’t wait for dreams where Charlie is screaming… (I guess??!!) HAHAHA

Are you serious? They’re not releasing anymore Pinky issues after February 2010?! NUUUUUUUU~~~ I love Pinky and it’s one of my favourite fashion magazines along with Vivi and Seventeen. T_T

The stuff you bought is great! Especially the onepieces/jumpers look really comfy! Yeah, I love that F21 has things that you really can’t find anywhere else yet. It makes me excited too to see things from Asian fashion pop up in there, I’m glad they’re bringing SOME style to America! haha (I mean jeans and t-shirt are fine, but not for everyday!) WAO, LOVE the Tsubasa socks/leggings collection! They look thick and comfy and so stylish! I think the hearts and polka dots are especially cute.

PS, I think your blog is good how it is. I personally like a balance of just day to day stuff and fashion articles (like in this post), because I like to be able to learn about new styles and such but also it’s fun to read about just daily things that go on. :) Personally I really like to get a sense of the person behind the blog, so I can’t stand blogs that only focus on interesting web articles or something. X| -
