1: GO OUT & VOTE No matter who you’re voting for get out there! People fought for your right to vote, don’t waste it.
2: Two months ago we eloped to Japan!!

We had huge plans of getting out to a restaurant that has sukiyaki and celebrating for our 1-month anniversary, but unfortunately family matters turned for the worse and the furthest thing from our minds was our wedding. So this month, instead of going out for the 2-month anniversary we’ll be going instead on the 23rd for our official 8-year anniversary of just being together Plus it’s a weekend day, hahaha win~win!
In a little note I posted that I finally broke down & joined. I honestly didn’t think I’d like it. I’m not a big fan of avatars or dolls but the posting of fashion items… NOW THAT I like!! So far it’s been pretty fun & great for passing boredom Also seeing everyone’s goods is fun! I seem to be a bit too… OCD with my poupee though, I dress her realistically to things I’d wear PLUS I go after clothing items that are really similar to things I own! I CAN’T HELP IT IF THAT’S “FUN” FOR ME!!! Haaaaaaaahahahah

Oh~ and the leak in my house got fixed! Actually, the upstairs toilet wasn’t properly installed by the builders so it ended up draining water… well, into our ceiling! Which found its way through our lighting but now it’s fixed. They still have to come Monday and inspect the lights and ceiling and so on. ~sigh~ They screwed up a lot of shit when building our BRAND NEW house. It’s extremely frustrating

Election night is soo exciting. I’m watching it on TV as it progresses. So many states that are “too close to call”. Seriously, the world is watching.

You know it doesn’t surprise me that you’ve had trouble with the house cos Ray works in new-builds a lot and he says that the workmanship in them is the worst he’s seen. I’m glad they’re sorting it all out for you and nothing was too badly damaged.
Congratulations on the anniversaries! Just think of all the year’s to come when you’ll have lots more to celebrate :)
