Accordion Pleats Skort

A few weeks ago I got in this accordion pleated skort from Monob on Yesstyle.com. Really they’re shorts but the fabric is so flowy they look like a skirt. Best of all they’re fully lined with an opaque satin fabric that compliments the outer blush pink color! They reminded me a lot of the look & feel that come out in the Snidel pre-autumn collection. I wore this out shopping Monday after work. :deco15: It was a little cooler out that night. :deco16:
Unfortunately these are currently sold out now. :drops: There are a few other accordion pleated items available including these shorts that have an elastic waistband. My “skort” was a zip-waist and not elastic though. :deco9:

It’s funny how in the past I would have thought accordion pleated skirts were really frumpy and old biddy-ish. Now, I am so sold on them it hurts my checking account X)
OMG~ I am loving your second lobe earring! It’s so pretty~~~ Are you still using ‘expensive’ metals in it? I’m at my 6 week mark & I’ve been told I can switch them out but y’know I don’t want to get some kind of weird infection from using a cheapo F21 earring xD

very cute XD Kinda random question though – do you find the satin lining to cause the skorts to be really staticky and stick to your legs/bum awkwardly? I’ve found a couple cute flowy skorts like yours but I always end up super staticky within moments in the changing room and end up with a super unflattering back view =.= I’m trying to figure out what kind of linings to avoid (since I’m lazy and don’t like to thought of having to drench myself with hairspray first everytime I wear those skorts) or if maybe flowly skorts just aren’t meant to be for me -sob-
