SANA Hadanomy Collagen Makeup Cleansing Gel

Mentioned getting this from a recent beauty haul at Yesstyle. SANA’s Hadanomy Collagen line is pretty popular these days. Especially the mist! And from the Girl’s Talk section this product line seems targeted toward all women from teens to 30’s! :ok:

I’m always a bit wary of trying new facial products because I break out easily. But lately I think my eye makeup remover is too drying or I wonder if another could do a better job. So when I saw this Makeup Cleanser from the Hadanomy line I really wanted to try it! It’s a gel wash instead of the usual liquid soap or cleanser with cotton ball remover I usually use.

I’ve used it for a few weeks now and I must say I’m pretty happy with it! I tend to only use it on my eye makeup but have used it all over a few times without any pimples cropping up. :ok: It removes eye makeup pretty well. Heavy waterproof black liner might take a little extra wash time and gel though but it eventually removes it without harsh cotton balls having to be used. The gel feels cool and soothing when you apply it. My eyes feel instantly moisturized! Usually they feel dry after cleaning off my makeup and I rush to put eye cream on them, but they don’t feel this way after using the Hadanomy Collagen Cleanser. And the scent is very relaxing. It’s like a rose meets citrus type of scent. It’s light and bubbly smelling. I really enjoy that! I don’t know if it’s a holy grail of makeup removers but I am happy to get to try it & would consider buying it again at least for winter skincare! :deco10: I’m a sucker for collagen products after all. :) It’s really gentle and that’s what I was hoping for.

I have the mist and the regular cleanser, and LOVE them! I have huge man pores thanks to my dad’s genes, and this has actually made them smaller, along with my skin being one tone and not dry! I love the scent, I use the spray to freshen myself up sometimes just so I can smell it!

I have the collagen lotion, cream, and mist. I looove using the cream as a night moisturizer and the lotion as a toner. I haven’t actually tried/opened the mist yet, but thanks to your post, I might just crack it open!

When it comes to a packaging as nice as that, I won’t even care about how great the product is anymore, hee. C:

It cleans with the fingers? :O

Waterproof mascara is so hard to remove for me.. I always have to ‘pinch it’ with cotton pad to completely remove the fibers.. :S

DITTO. I was getting so tired of it. On days I want “quick cleanup” I’ll use L’Oreal Paris Double Extend fiber mascara or Fiber Wig mascara because they really do glide off with just warm water & your fingers. Oh that pink brown mascara I just got does it too!

You should also try Estee Lauder’s make up remover “Take It Away”. It works wonders and I’ve had my bottle for about a year. Its like a cream and it doesn’t feel greasy or oily. It also leaves my skin feelings really nice after without drying it out! I wear heavier eye make up and it takes less than a pump to remove it all.

Maybe I’ll look into Hadanomy as well ;D

Would you mind showing a photo of how the gel looks? I’m curious to try this product now because I need something gentle but effective to cleanse my face after I’ve been wearing makeup all day. Thanks for your review ^^ PS. how much did you purchase it for?

Collagen is really becoming more and more popular!! In Japan I used to see it everywhere, but here in Germany slowly Collagen items are popping up in the drugstores as XD

Cute packaging!! At first I thought they made SANA’s makeup line from Kodocha (if you ever had read it) and I freaked out lol!!!

  11. Etienne says:

The package is so cute! How is the smell? I usually use the Missha Makeup Remover…. but it’s really oily, and since i have a really oily skin, i’m looking for a new makeup remover! It’s pretty hard to take off the Maybelline or waterproof mascara right? Once i tried to take if off just with water… My god!

    • jenny says:

      It’s a very light citrus-like scent.

Haha yeah you can’t just use water to remove waterproof mascara unless it’s 100% fiber mascara!

  12. Courtney says:

Sounds like a really nice alternative to a harsh drying eye make up remover :)

Ooo thanks for sharing! I’ll give it a try next time too~ :D
Do you use just your hands to remove the make up? How about waterproof mascara? I lose my lashes when I remove mascara DD:

    • jenny says:

Yup & yup though all my waterproof mascaras are currently 100% fiber or contain some fiber so I don’t know about just 100% non-fiber waterproof mascara. I rarely lose lashes when using this compared to the “tonics” I used to use that you have to use with a cotton ball. Also my old Neutrogena liquid soap makeup remover required me to scrub way harder than this stuff too which resulted in lash loss sometimes. This is a million rimes more gentle.

It sounds really nice! Lately you are becoming my beauty product go-to source, haha ;)
