Various Rinka Babble

Alba Rosa is releasing their Autumn/Winter 08 catalog and of course it features Rinka I have mixed feelings because 1: I’m excited! 2: I’m sad because I probably won’t get my hands on it & I feel so blessed for my friend already sending me the Alba Rosa catalog from last season PLUS the Cher catalog, I mean… I’d feel greedy asking.

Besides I already own a cashmere cardigan from Cher YAAAAAAY! I actually found it online too, here.

I also did some browsing and found some Forever 21 clothes being sold online in Japan. It’s a popular store to visit when visiting the US (like Victoria’s Secret or Abercrombie & Fitch,) because there aren’t any of them in Japan. Anyway, I just bought this shirt at Forever 21 last week for something like $17.00. To see it for 5,900円 is really crazy. And remember my green dress? I bought it at Forever 21 off the sales rack for $7.99, here it’s 5,980円 I know that’s typical. Hell, I pay insane amounts for imported Japanese stuff! It’s just fun to price compare! At SBY my friend and I went through ALL their imported Victoria’s Secret & Bath & Body Works stuff where I’d tell her the ACTUAL USD price! They were selling that 10$ pack of panties from VS PINK for 6,300¥! It was a lot of fun! Hahahahahah

   Your cardigan look so comfy! I need to find something loose and soft like that. ;_; Says the girl that just spent the rest of her money on a JSG hoodie she can barely squeeze her arms into… XD

   It really is funny to see Forever 21 items that expensive! I’m so going to wear A&F and Victoria’s Secret all the time when I’m there, now that I know this! Hahahaha!!

   haha, it’s funny to pay so much for Forever 21. It all looks so cute online but at the store the fabrics and construction are sometimes questionable at best. Though I’m seriously excited that the US is getting Topshop soon, so it’s kind of the same thing.

   i would like to say that i do not get swayed by celebrity endorsement but yes i do, and heavily. sometimes i don’t even need/want the thing but it’s like..ooh look whos on the packaging lol

    AHHH shopping! The joys~ Haha. Rinka looks really great in the catalogue!! It’s so true about the overpricedness of American stuff overseas! You guys are really lucky. I wanted to get some Dior blush and it was about US$30 or something like that but here it’s $60 D: The horror!
