When Spending Goes Wrong

Speaking of, I FINALLY updated my magazine list, post Japan! I’m heavily considering getting a subscription to Vanilla Girl. 
Just the models themselves are so cute ‘n adorable!
I went out yesterday and bought a few things. I picked up Ebi-chan’s FINAL CANCAM APPEARANCE issue. *gasp*
I think it’s rather nice of them to not litter the cover page with self-promoting issue summaries. And of course, this is seen as her “graduating” to AneCam
On the topic of fail purchases, no CanCam was not fail, I bought overpriced “fancy” water for no good reason except I was extremely thirsty. Pardon these photos. I took them tonight and I’m currently suffering from a hellish sinus attack. SINUS PRESSURE TO THE ‘INTH DEGREE.

What I find funny is that the label, the reason it costs $1.60~, tears off real easily. So now I have a simple cylinder of water that looks more like a lab sample than fancy-pants water. I don’t know why I’m ranting on about something so stupid… probably the Sudafed & Ibuprofen fighting it out in my internal organs.
But I guess the real question is HOW DOES IT TASTE?! Guess what… LIKE WATER.
The other fail for today… my Obama order finally arrived… notice the fail?
All I got was the magnet, RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWR!
First let me say that the web site, which pointed out that OTHER things I wanted were sold out or back ordered, did NOT say so on THESE particular items when I ordered them! Secondly, this is my fault, hahaha, for waiting so long to get my ass moving & order shit & donate money. 
I’m not that mad, I was just disappointed and REALLY excited to wear my shirt. And yes, Mike ordered the Mississippi shirt 
God, if he doesn’t win and I receive these AFTER the election… that would be the final nail in my hope coffin.

it all tastes the same no? like filtered… water…?
i hope you get your obama stuff soon :/ it would suck if you receive it all AFTER the election :/

Well, that water certainly is a lot fancier than the water I’ve been drinking!
I haven’t donated money yet. I’ll do it after I deposit my check. I’ll probably just get the car magnet…even though I don’t have a car. Well, even if you get it after the election or if he doesn’t win, then at least they’ll make good items to pass on to your kids or their kids and so forth because it certainly is a historical election. I can see now…in the future antique roadshow…hahaha.

when i used to work at a dry cleaners, someone had left behind that same brand of water unopend at the register. we had it sit there for three days in hopes that someone would retrieve it. i would buy it soley for the bottle, is it any good? i used to reuse poland spring bottles but now they seem so fragile -_-;
and dang, that’s A LOT of magazines, i only have two issues of cutie, one of seventeen and non-no and two zipper issues floating around my room.

But, yeah it is cool that the just have a pic of her face on the cover.
Hope you feel better… And I don’t quite understand the whole expensive water thing. Water is water for the most part. O.o Why does the label make it special… I feel the same with designer clothes… it is like wtf…? lol

Ah, since I’m in university right now so $1.60 for water isn’t that bad o_o. They sell it for like $2 a bottle and it’s not even high-end =_=! rawr.. -goes drink at water fountain instead-
Supposedly there’s a difference between expensive and regular bottled water o_o. Have you watched XiaXue’s videos before? Ohh, wow, it’s Ebi-chan’s final appearance on CanCam? She’s my favorite model in CanCam
Although I’m sad that she won’t be in CanCam anymore, it’s good to hear that she’ll be modeling for AneCam. I agree that it’s nice that they dedicated the cover to her

oh! you can’t just buy that stuff from at a local election place? they were selling that kind of stuff on campus here and probably at the local obama place too … i just don’t want to spend $10 on a sticker. x(

omgg, my mom was obsessed with Voss for a loong time. i like the bottles! but it IS just regular water..

There’s a brand of water called FIJI that is deadly expensive at my local supermarket. Sometimes I’m tempted to buy it to reuse the bottle to look fancy every day ahaha
I kinda feel bad for Emi-chan. Just because she’s older, doesn’t mean they should “graduate” her. She doesn’t even seem to age! But eh, that is the way of fashion mags I guess.
Vanilla Girl is really cute as I’ve seen in the two issues I’ve read. I’m thinking of getting into SCawaii.

I have some Voss water, too! I got it in the glass bottle and the label stays on
I’ve had it for like 2 weeks, I guess I’m waiting for a “special occasion” to drink my fancy- pants water! LOL

Oh man… I don’t think you’ll get the rest of the stuff till after the election =( People have been saying that they are getting stuff like magnets early but other stuff like t-shirts… by now are gonna come in after the election. But hopefully you’ll get it all in the end =)
Oh I’ve seen water like that before… isn’t the bottle made out of glass? you can totally use it over. XD
