kitties DANCE!

Too bad he wasn’t delivering my CUTiE today too :roll:. So yes, my shoes came in today and they fit perfect! I LOVE them. I think of them as my splurge for “back to school.” Yes, it IS possible to be in love with a pair of wonderfully cute shoes. The insides are metallic blue foil and the soles have two kids kissing on it!

I should be in a bad mood. I had to get up a 7 am and go to this district-wide meeting for work where they called out all the new employees for the central office this year except me! They even called out the newest part-time workers but NOT ME! I was, needless to say, pissed about being completely overlooked, as if they don’t give a shit about me.

Then, I go into work. Where I was told I WON’T be getting my raise. A few months ago, they were giving raises away like candy to anyone at anytime, no matter how longed that have or HAVEN’T been working there. But, right after I asked for a raise, they got audited and now they have to follow procedure again. As in, I was told they now have to wait for the employee to be working there a year.

My boss looked like he felt bad about it and said he really tried. I’m a bit chapped because people that have worked there for less than 2 months and ALOT less than I have already gotten a raise and make more than me JUST because they asked a month ago. He said I’ll get a raise in January. sigh, I wasn’t pissed till now. Guess the BS has set in.

If I wasn’t getting a private office right now, I’d probably have gotten upset. But really, the private office makes the fact I’m not getting a raise I deserve kinda fade in the background. But really, I’m not doing all this extra work for people anymore, no raise, no extra responsibility.

I’m sure someone at work reads this, HAHAHA, hope not, but oh well…. HEAR ME RAWR!
