Anyone remember Perler Beads from their childhood? I know I do! I went looking for them a few years ago after being reminded of them from a friend’s refrigerator magnet. However, I couldn’t find them ANYWHERE. Well, after flipping through a lot of J-magazines I kept seeing them used as pin accessories. After seeing an entire spread of them in Melon I just HAD to search for them again (I want them for Halloween!)

I bought this pack for just a few dollars! It’s glow-in-the-dark beads! I put this whale together live today on my webcam .

In other news…

I receive a great happy package from Lain yesterday! It really brightened up my day! I’ve been in such an on again off again low mood these past few months, her letter and happies really cheered me up on a rather “low mood day.” There was a super cute notebook, cute green chopsticks (which I’ll take to work for my daily ramen lunch), a sweet cell phone charm (no pictured…. cuz duh! it’s on my phone with my other blingy charms! !!), and cute yummy puffy food stickers!@_@!! So cute! Well, I gotta get to watching tv then to bed with me!

I had completely forgotten about those beads! Wow…I had always wanted them as a kid but my dad didn’t believe in wasting money on something so “useless”.
