So much to do with little motivation

Yesterday sucked. I’ll spare most details and get to the point. Mike & I had a small fight when he got home from work. He apologized but I was so miffed and bummed out about everything that I was avoiding him. He kept trying to be sweet & talk, but was getting a cold shoulder. I was in the office looking at Non-no on the floor. He came in and laid next to me and looked at it with me. I thought, “OH BOY he’s REALLY going all out with sucking up to me!” I flipped through it while he asked me genuine questions about what I liked or told me I should do my hair like the photo. By the time we finished looking at 2 full Non-nos I realized it wasn’t just sucking up but that he wanted to spend time with me and was genuinely interested in my stuff for once.

It meant a lot to me & I told him that. I don’t have any girlfriends to look at my magazines with and, honestly, this is truly my “hobby” these days.

So I felt better & we went on with our planned Xmas shopping. But his sweetness didn’t stop. He surprised me that night with a chocolate yule log!! He also helped fine specific xmas I wanted for my Grandmother. AND he helped me choose a hair cut to take with me Thursday…

   Awwwwwwe That’s really so sweet. I can’t wait until I find a nice guy, but of course that could be years…as I’m just two weeks away from being 18. *sigh* Oh well, it’s bound to happen some day.

   That’s so cute he looked at Non-no with you! I love it! :3 And the hair cut is adorable…I’m getting mine cut TOMORROW and I still don’t know what I’m getting! O.O

   That is so sweet! He’s really thoughtful. It’s great of him to sit down and look at magazines with you and actually be interested

   it IS hard not having close girl friends. it’s nice to be able to share things with your guy.

   Awe. that was sweet. Manuel and kinda got into it today, too. We avoided eachother when we were at home for lunch at the same time. We’re “normal” now, hahahaha~

   Wow Jen! You’re so lucky to have a guy like Mike around lah! Even through your fight he still came over to comfort you and spend some time with you! On a nerdier tone: +1 Yule Log! (Heh! Too many computer games :3)

   And love the cut! My hair is starting to thicken up too and look sloppy - to the random Cantonese hairdressers!

    Haha so you got your Yule log awesome! I flipped through my new ed. of CanCam together with Klaas and he really liked all the clothes I liked too. On top of that we both like the same CanCam model Moe Oshikiri ~ I usually go through magazines together with my sister. We both have different tastes, so it’s usually goes like: “That’s something for you, not me.” And vice versa Goodluck with the new haircut, it looks super cute! xoxo

    awwww!! oh my goodness he is just soo sweet and caring~ aren’t you a lucky girl these days, you can hardly ever find a guy who ACTUALLY cares about the little things you care about… but you found one! haha~~ i like this hair style! suits you lots~ and you can curl it sometimes too at the bottom to get a wavy romantic feeling he~~
