Blogging twice a week?

First the typical~

Owl Lamp: Finally got him a shade!
Popsicles: The red is strawberry snow cone! Fantastic except the cream at the top is a bit too sweet. Blue is soda creamsicle. Not too bad
Knitted bag: The colors are crazy b/c I’m knitting with double yarn to make it thick!
IKEA Cups: Very zakka style I think! Large ceramic cups with wooden coasters & long spoons

I couldn’t resist….. GAHHH Well, I’ll always buy Ray, but I got August’s Zipper instead of MORE because it had 中川翔子 on the cover! She makes me feel normal .

I feel like this blog has really turned into a photo-journal in a way. I dunno, I just dump a ton of photos then run off for a few days. That’s not necessarily a bad thing. It’s just interesting to see how the blog has evolved. I’ve been thinking about it, for a while. I shrug my shoulders and continue on.

Is there anything anyone misses or wants from this blog & me? And no, not more scans! Ahaha I knows that already!

I’ll take this opportunity to let everyone in on my ritualistic daily needs. These are things I do EVERYDAY and without them I feel out of sorts…

1. Unpack my work bag
2. Put on my heels (I wear flip flops into work)
3. Apply my make-up at my desk. I feel slight guilt for doing make-up at work, but 1) I’m not the only one who does it. 2) it only take 3~5 minutes
4. Make the first cup of MANY cups of tea
5. Listen to KATG while eating lunch
6. Check that all my tasks have been written down for the day, then leave for the train
7. Arrive home and go straight to picking up for the next 15 minutes
8. Grab a snack & usually get online for 1/2 an hour

Well, that didn’t come out so orderly as I had hoped… OH WELL! DAILY LIFE STILL!

   my turn

   1. sit infront of a computer. honestly. im on the computer so much it scares me. from 8:30am to 5:30 im at work infront of my monitor. and from 7:00pm to 2am im on my laptop at home

   2. im Singaporean. Was born in Singapore, and lived there till i was 8. yet since moving to Melbourne, i only speak English. this is rather confusing for people to understand. JUST BECAUSE I LOOK IT DOESNT MEAN I CAN SPEAK THE SAME LANGUAGE AS YOU. wether this be filo, chinese, viet, korean or japanese. the answer is still no.

   3. when im stressed i clean. when im not stressed i live like a pig.

   4. my favourite type of drinks are energy drinks like gatorade etc. i like cordial. yum. and alcoholic wise i drink gin and tonics with lime cordial.

   5. i hardly ever ever use makeup.

   6. i wash my face like 3 times a day.

   7. i should be doing some work. but im not. -___-

   8. i hate canned peas and chocolate milk.

   woot. jEen.

   I LOVE the owl lamp…I’m always looking for cute/interesting things like that, but I always end up with a safe, boring purchase instead. ::shrug:: I guess I’m just boring like that.
   Ooooo IKEA cups! I was just at IKEA a couple months ago. Fabulous, fabulous store.

   Oh, and I enjoy your photos. I think a nice balance of blog/photo blog is perfect! I’m too lazy to post pictures myself, but then again I never have anything interesting to share.

   Oh my God… the owl lamp… i’m sorry… I need to go somewhere and cry about how I don’t own the owl lamp.

   You know, I actually like how your blog is now. I really hate wordy entries, so it’s good this way. I’m probably being hypocritical because I have no pictures and heaps of words… um… but uh… lol you know what? I’m just going to stop talking. It’s good!

    I’m loving that owl lamp! It’s so…I can’t think of the word but “a lovely thing to have in your home”. I can imagine enjoying a super frothy Hot Chocolate in those IKEA mugs, using the spoons to scoop the choco bubbles…mmmm~

    Photos on blogs are nice because you’re seeing more of the bloggers P.O.V. And you have that special fish eye camera. I forgot to tell you, after you posted about that camera that makes cat noises, I made a cat noise whilst photographing my cat and she gave me the best pose - looking right at the camera!

    I seriously don’t think I have anything that I do every day, or have to, except from having some kind of fluid and breathing. hee. I love those ceramic cups you bought, I want them too…and on IKEA? That’s a Swedish company forGod’s sake, and I have never seen them!     pictures are good! Ahh popsicles! I love crazy japanese flavors.

    Knitting with double yarns is a good idea. I guess it makes the bag sturdier than knitting with one?
