Guess What!

Thursday, 10月/11日 [2007年] // 24 Comments

I’m home sick. I’m hoping to shake it today so I can go into work tomorrow. It really hit me as I came off the train yesterday. Sore throat at first, then everything followed. Been sleeping a LOT today. A LOT. Got up to eat. It’s boring so I got online just for a bit. But now I’m feeling sleepy again so I’m going back to sleep.

I wanted to post this yesterday but forgot. The lovely Aimee sent me this link to Crescent Shop. It’s a service that will help you purchase items from Japanese online stores & get them shipped to you (it’s worldwide too.) I haven’t used it yet but think I will after Xmas for some home zakka things! It’s a service, so like any service there are fees. Base rate for said service begins at 2,000 yen for shopping service. If anyone else uses the company I’d love to know how your experience went!

Awe, I hope you feel better soon! I’m so tired of school/work that I’m actually hoping for a cold, haha! By the way, where do you get those cute animations you’ve been using a lot lately??

Crescen Shop sounds neat! 2000 yen…that would be a little under 20$, right?

    Ach, I hate being sick. I was sick in September with a mean cold, and it sucked having to stay home. It can be so boring during the day. ;_;

Crescent Shop is evil. I swear I am spending all my extra money there. Haha.

Mm, I’ve heard of those services but I’ve never tried.. And I bet it would be expensive from anywhere to Sweden…

I think I have a cold too, I want to sleep and drink cough medecine all day. - You get well

Yeah, with the sudden drop/rise in temperature, it’s so easy to get sick these days. Feel better, Jen! It sucks to feel drowsy all day long.

Oh gosh, I hope you get better soon. Being sick is always boring. You can’t seem to really enjoy doing anything or taste anything either for that matter. Take care!!

    being sick SUCKS
but it gives u an excuse to not do stuff
sometimes being sick is the only time that ican chill and do nothing haha

i hope that website works, altho it’s a bit expensive in my opinion, so they don’t really do anything for u but fill out forms? o i guess since a lot of those online stores may not ship world wide they’d receive it for u then .. ship it to u again?! 2x shipping..costs expensive

anyways, if u have someone to share that cost with it’d be totally worth it

Urgh, so you’re sick to! Maybe you caught it off me…over the internet, ahaha.

I’ve heard of sites like that where they offer services hmmm~ Maybe I’ll do some researching for you and see if the one I found before was cheaper

Halls are a delicious way to get rid of sore throat. If it’s a fever I suggest trying to sweat it out. Or a cold….lots of hot chili.

I’ve used Crescent Shop a few times to buy concert goods for Johnny’s bands… and they’re pretty good! Pricey, but good! And that’s all the rare stuff, mind you. So common items should be no problem!

    Get better!

I also agree with Karen. It’s the reason I got sick too. Get better, kk!

Aaah. I hate being sick. I think I might be sick again too but then again it could be allergies too cause there was a lot of dust and puppy dander in the air cause I hadn’t vacuumed in a week. D: Uck. So, I cleaned up today. Hopefully that’ll help. If not. ;_; BOOO @ cold.

Ooouu! Cool shopping service thing! 20$ starting is kinda cheap for a service like that. :] I might try it sometime when I am not poor.
