3 day weekend too!! 
There was breathtaking snow Thursday. Simply the best 
. I dashed out of the office to take full advantage the second it started. I had my Holga as well….
Snow speckles the sky
Holga135 photo debut! This was actually the first photo I took 
. Snow is so hard to capture on film, though the aftermath is easier. 
The greatest feeling came over me as I stood at the lonely train station by my office, snapping pics in the snow. Snow has the most amazing sound. Maybe living 22 years without it makes you appreciate the subtleties of snow. I know, it causes wrecks and broken hips… but it’s not its fault… dangerous beauty.
Oh my gosh, I’m so sleepy I’m starting to sound deranged! I’m going to go lie in bed watching House now.

Aww, snow!!! I’ve been waiting for snow for so long and it still hasn’t come. This closest I’ve come to snow this winter was one morning when I left the house at 7PM and so a light frost of white on my lawn and roof. Hahaha.

Oo, pretty photos~!! I’ve never lived around snow and I don’t have the same perspective of it as you, haha~ I guess I’m a little off.. maybe if I lived in it then I’d feel the same. XD I just think of it as being cold and I’m so turned off, hahahaha~ I guess living in Cali ruined any chances of living in any cold climates. =____=;

Beautiful pictures, makes me think of a city christmas that never was. The slightly purple lighting makes me think of a snow globe too (?) XD

snow! It snowed here, too, but it’s almost all melted by now. I love the color of the sky when it snows, especially at night when it turns pink.

Your pictures are beautiful! I love the old look to them, makes them look even better! There were some flurries recently, but nothing to cover the ground.
And to reply to your comment, yes I drive a ford van, and your reaction is the same as everyone elses! lol Everyone at school always asks to ride in it, like they’ve never rode in a van before. xD It’s true that they replaced Eeyore. He was “too depressed” to be on the show, so they replaced him with some stupid elephant.

i haven’t seen snow in since we moved from Sweden….i miss it a lot. It’s so peaceful to just stand outside and watcn it fall. The pictures are very beatiful~

It is hard to capture snow, especially the snow you got there (we call that “new-snow” or “nysnö”
which is insanely light.. We’ve only been getting that too here and I wish the northerners could share their real snow 
So much easier to capture and oh how beautiful when it covers the treetops, don’t you think?!

although i am not really sure what its top middle bottom notes are
it smells good
and not too strong so i like it
holga is pretty cool, i kinda get the feel you’re trying to get at

It snowed here as well! Except I forgot to take pictures…..well, there wasn’t much anyway. Yeah, snow is something that never gets old (at least in places that doesn’t snow much). Haha, you have no idea how excited I was when I saw snows falling down yesterday afternoon XD We haven’t gotten much snow in the past 4 years. Lovely pictures!

I’m like you… Heheh, I used to despise snow and I hated it because of the coldness… but now, I truly appreciate snow because I’m able to wear my colorful and oh so beautiful scarves and winter jacket. We finally got another patch of snow yesterday, and boarding down powder mountain was awesome. Your pictures are awesome by the way!
