Reading Glasses (28) 
At 1:00 I have my 3rd follow-up at the eye doctor. After spending this past week testing my sight with a new prescription, toric lenses, old prescription and other variations… I’ve decided just getting reading glasses (to wear with my old contact prescription) would be the best choice. I just have issues with my astigmatism bothering me when I’m on the computer at work. So this is the best choice since the toric contacts were impossibly uncomfortable and the new prescription strength gave me headaches. I’ll only need to use them when on the computer \
/ so I wanted to get some fun frames. Especially since these lenses will be way cheaper than my full prescription lenses. Also I won’t be “stuck” in them all day, like my actual glasses, so I want something bright and trendy.
These are my current glasses (full prescription.) I like them a lot. Great frame for constant wear…
Ideas for new reading glasses. I’ll wear with my daily contacts and only use when on the computer and such~

Awkward like lonely phone booth (16)
Lonely, misplaced Telephone Booth at Watergate
I have a dinner tomorrow with our builders. Yea for awkward situations where I’m forced to make conversation with strangers! :girlwhatever: But I’m not dreading it. I’m excited. I’ll be moved so soon 
. Also we found out we’ll have over a month to paint & move in (b/c of how our lease will end with the apartment.) Thankfully no overlapping of payments, hahah 
Looked over mortgage papers today and signed some things. Seeing all those numbers can give you a serious case of vertigo!

Sick for days (35)
The headache was more than just a headache. I woke up Tuesday with a horrid flu. I got through getting dressed for work and then hit a brick wall of misery. Mike suggested I stay home instead, so I did. It then got worse, a lot worse. So I stayed home Wednesday too. I wanted to stay home today as well (seeing as I hurled this morning while getting dressed for work… ) but I didn’t want to get too far behind on my projects and I’m running out of leave hours. Sick leave should not count against you, or you should get WAY more than 5 days worth a year. Thankfully I could use my vacation time as sick leave (thankfully? Yea, sure, whatever… ) I’m working my day off (President’s day) to make back 8 hours of leave 
(at least that IS an option I can choose, I know I’m lucky.)
This has been the worst cold + flu season EVER for me. I’ve had 3 different flus already! They’ve all been different. Like this one, I actually had a fever I couldn’t shake. It would go up, then down, then back up.
Blegggggh, I feel like death 
*sad face times a million.* I’m probably ranting incoherently as well. Pardon, I’ve been delusional for days…
