A is for Accessory
Messy, messy, messy rain soaked hair. 
Mike found these Missoni for Target barrettes this weekend. Last pair after a recent re-stock. I was so happy to get them though, they’re lovely & I’m barrette obsessed lately. These were the 1 Missoni item I really, really wanted. I wore them to work and even got a compliment on them. 
I took this photo after 8 hours of work plus having been rained on about 3 separate times today. I’m surprised my hair doesn’t look WORSE actually. It’s bitter, bitter cold & rainy today but tomorrow is supposed to go back to normal fall weather & temperatures.

Hello hello. 
I’m around and not dead yet. 
It was a holiday weekend. Though extremely rainy Blah weather and blah feeling. I was coming down with something at the end of last week but took some medicine and am feeling better now. 
Just in time for a busy week.
Tomorrow I have a security conference to attend. BUT, despite the forecasted rain, I’m thinking of seeing if the nearby Zara’s has the dress I’m wanting. It’s literally around the corner from the conference and we have an hour for lunch. They don’t provide lunch and the food court within the building becomes a madhouse! I’ll just bring something I can walk & eat lol. 
Then Thursday I have jury duty selection~whatever to go to. 
Really hope I’m not picked as a juror on whatever case it might be. The courthouse is so far from my house and a pain in the ass to get to. 
Then it’ll be Friday already. Wow. 
Warming, chamomile scented eye mask. Used it Friday night for a headache.
I didn’t do too much interesting this weekend since I was feeling sick. 
Sunday was our 3 year wedding anniversary so we went out to eat. Then yesterday I managed to clean the house and my closet. I was feeling really motivated since last week to do a autumn overhaul of my clothes/shoes/etc. There wasn’t a whole lot to go through. Ended up with a bag of clothes to donate plus a few items I’ll either give to my sister or sell. Two tops and a skirt are WC brand which my sister couldn’t care less about so I thought I might sell them. I don’t want to sell them for a lot but I feel badly for international buyers who might be interested because shipping alone is so balls expensive. So we’ll see.
Saturday’s outfit. I went shopping or something. I forget~~

Oh hey I bought this Burt’s Bees hair care because Sidney mentioned it!
I’ve been using it for 2~3 days now. I’m liking it so far. The first thing I noticed was my hair was SO SHINY again!It seems a bit more voluminous too. Nothing drastic but enough that I’m happy. It smells really good too. The shampoo was really different from other stuff I’ve used. It’s very runny and the texture is different when massaging it into my hair which to me was a good sign. I was GLAD it seemed different because I didn’t want same ole same ole.
Also bought some anti-frizz stuff (my hair is damaged more than usual after perming & coloring this year) and I got some highly review & recommended eye treatments from Olay! A bit difficult to find but even after two nights of using them I can see a difference!
I did buy some brown opaque tights this weekend that would look great with my make believe ZARA dress. 
Seriously. If I can’t find it tomorrow I’m convinced I was just delusional and it never existed.
