assholes on the train (9)

Today is sure to suck. This is an email I sent to mike an hour ago…

As I walk up to the train this morning it blows my skirt up & over. 40 year old immature fucks start laughing. I should have charged them for my peep show, obviously. THEN some guy eyeballs my legs as I walk through the train. This guy has been eyeballin’ me for a few days now. I realized also that it was the same guy that I thought touched my ass last week!!!! [last week] I was standing on the train waiting to get off & I felt something kinda breeze my left butt cheek. At the time I thought it was someone’s briefcase but to make sure I watched them get off the train. The guy had a backpack on instead so it WAS his hand. I was upset for a few hours but then I thought, it could have just been an accident.
Well, today as I got up from my seat to wait for the train to stop [so I could get off] I ended up right behind the guy standing in line. He saw me and turned around and tried to make eye contact. He then pulled out his sidekick & I freaked thinking he was gonna try to get my number so I backed up as far as I could against the train car door putting bout 3 feet between us. I just stared at the floor even though he kept looking at me trying to make eye contact. we get off & he keeps looking behind himself to stare in my direct so I walked REALLY slow. Sadly, he was going to the same entrance as me even though I’ve never seen him before. I made sure he got on an elevator before I passed through the gates. Anyway. Today sucks.

I must mention that the train is usually really great & full of nice people. However, because of rising gas prices, people who usually drive are now taking the train. I’m sure the Metro is WAY more crowded too. The train is mainly business people only, but now regular fucktards are taking it . It’s super crowded now and FULL of pushy assholes . I’ve never been pushed out of the way so many times on the train till recently. I miss the quiet rides into & from work with friendly strangers… not perverts and assholes.

Well, I’m sure Mike will read this because he came in right when I was gonna blog & I told him to leave. whatever, no big deal.

So Mike was in DC today going to an interview. Last weekend we were supposed to go to a store in the area and buy these really cute shoes I wanted that are on sale. Well, He calls me while I’m at work.

HIM: “Yea, what color were you wanting those shoes in?”
ME: “Huh? The jelly shoes? Are you at the store? What are you doing there?!”
HIM: “Yea……… I was going to surprise you but I wanted to make sure I got you the color you wanted.”

So I tell him he’s so sweet n blah blah. Then I get home. Mike goes, “Oh yea,… I didn’t get those shoes. sorry, we’ll go this weekend.” I ask why he didn’t & he said he was too bummed out by the interview and didn’t want to anymore.

OK, I understand that and all, but my super girly side is miffed. I just feel kinda ripped off and that he thinks he’s still Mr. Fantastic because he was gonna get them for me. Does that make sense? I don’t want to go into the city this weekend. I was so high on lovey-dove for him because he was so sweet for planning to do this. But when he didn’t it cancels that out, ya know? I KNOW I’m being bitchy x’100 but whatever, I don’t care if anyone thinks I am because I’m irked by this whole thing I feel like telling him that good intentions aren’t the same as actions.

Also, I scanned in some mini-mags on bentos. I’ll try to post those up soon.

so big business is evil… (8)

drink it's good! I’ve been drinking ALOT of this tea lately. It’s gooooood! I drink it at work. About 3 to 4 cups daily. I love tea though, have for a long time, but that was always black teas. I’m beginning to really like some Green teas now that I have a MUCH wider selection to choose from.

Well, I have internet again, though a different ISP (Internet Service Provider). It’s a complicated story of good versus evil…
