Flowers

I felt like shit today so I stayed home from work. It was quite miserable. When Mike got home from work he left these flowers on the table for me. They said get well soon and I love you and I miss you and I know you must be bored to death but cheer up. Not in that exact way or words, but you get the idea. They smell so lovely. I especially love the tulips (my favorites!)
Today I learned that I’ve turned into my father. I had called my boss to say I wouldn’t be in and at one point said something to the tune of, “I’d much rather be at work.” And as kiss-ass as that sounded… it was the fuckin’ truth.

I’m sorry you’re still feeling so down. I’ve had many times like that in my past and I know they suck hard. Since I only know you from this blog, I couldn’t say anything amazing to try and cheer you up. But I want you to know that the ” genki Jen”, I miss very much. But I also know that everyone can’t be cheerful all the time. So know that even over the computer, I’ve always looked up to you. I truly hope you feel better.

yay i wish i could just take a day off, it’s hard to take a day off if ur day off involved ur mom, i sometimes wish she would just leave, but i know how cruel that must sound hahahaha :x but seriously ONE DAY every two months? i don’t even have that..

It must be the weather! I cried all night yesterday evening and my eyes look terrible right now. It sucks!

I’m such a home-body sometimes. Sometimes I think it would be great to work at home. Though I suppose social interaction is a good thing.

Sometimes I go crazy when I’m away from work for a long time. At least I think do… I haven’t had an extended vacay in…. over a year lol.

I know the feeling of rather being at work than being sick. Working means constantly having something to do. Being sick is, well, shitty. Hope you feel better soon, I really do. Those are lovely flowers, by the way.
