OL Magazines

Saturday May 02, 2009

I think somebody asked me to recommend a few magazines that focused on work (or Office Lady) styles a few days ago but I forget who or when or even the exact question. Anyway, I’d definitely say CanCam for stylish brand looks and Ray or even JJ for younger, less brand house looks. MORE is nice too. It’s not geared toward younger (early 20’s) but their office styles are a tad more relaxed which I think works better for younger slightly more casual office attire.

Ooohhh even though I know you think it’s OLD – I would say AneCan magazine the sister magazine of CanCam. I love the classic styles that are in there. Haha my mom even likes the fashion that’s in AneCan (in a good way). She always sighs and says “ooh that’s what I dressed like when I was younger” *lol* But yeah AneCan is definitely for the older audience I’d say 25 – 35 years old sorta. It’s not really ‘cute cute’, but it’s definitely stylish & feminine.

I think ‘Spring’ is good too. Lots of casual, but a lot of it is work safe or the outfits have elements that can be applied to an outfit that can worn at work.
