relapse

Sunday, March 14th, 2004 | 14 Comments

I guess I pushed myself too hard yesterday, I woke up at 6 am feeling twice as bad than before. I’ve take plenty of Tylenol Cold and Sudafed. Today its just all rest for me. I’m so happy cuz Mike cleaned the kitchen this morning before he left to work. It was a filthy mess and I planned on still cleaning it up, sick or not.

I bought some new Hall’s fruit Breezers. The Citrus ones were okay, but these Cool Berry ones are lots better! I’m going to try to just relax and maybe knit or work on a new layout.

At least I’m feeling better now. Last night, I kept waking up b/c I’d go to breathe out of my nose while sleeping and end up waking up suffocating  . I woke up catching my breath like a moron. I’m just not used to sleeping and breathing with my mouth open, plus the sore throat wasn’t making it easier. Thank goodness I don’t live alone, cuz if I died no one would find me for weeks <_<
Well, on that happy note I’m off to make tea.

My god, Jen. x_x; That’s a hell of a relapse. Don’t kill yourself trying to keep the house in order and all, that’s just, bad. <_<; Haha, XD! I know what you mean when you can't sleep in the middle of the night because of those wretched cold symptoms. I know them well... I'll end up coughing for like, five minutes and then blowing my nose for 10. Ouchie... sore throats suck. I loathe them with a passion. Try to stay well, okay?

I forgot what they’re called, but the drugstore usually sells these sticker things (kind of like biore nose strips) that you stick on the bridge of your nose. It’s supposed to stop guys from snoring, but I found that it works pretty well with unstuffing my nose while I sleep.

Oh, you do sound horrible! *hugs* I do hope that you’ll get better soon. Just keep on getting a lot of rest. But yes, those Hall’s Fruit Breezers are really good, aren’t they? Unfortunately, we don’t buy them unless I need ‘em. >

I find halls useless, they are like candy. Try Fisherman’s Friend. They work wonders for me.

Mmkay, this is going to sound like a really lame sales pitch, but you should really try the Bath and Body Works Cold Relief products (the best is the bath soak capsules… they really help clear you up! and also the cold relief tea… I work there, and I got to try it and it’s awesome… just a tip :0) Hope you get feeling better!!!!!
