Brighter Layout

I found that my total blue layout was really bringing me down, so here’s something brighter! Sorry it’s more image heavy :X. :grinning: I’m so, so happy to have today off! This was the longest weekend in a good way. At least it didn’t pass in the blink of an eye! Thanksgiving is going to be here so soon too :whaaaaaat:! I hope to start Xmas shopping next week & get it over with before December. Going to try and get most of Mike’s gift on Black Friday b/c the things he wants are always $$$ :x
He’s slightly distressed because I barely want anything this year. I’ve only really asked for the Lomo Colorsplash Flash and Rinka’s photobook. Hahahahahh! I’ve never really been one to ask for expensive things for Xmas anyway, probably b/c I knew I’d never get them (harrrharrr~) As an adult, anything expensive I want/need I buy myself anyway, (like a computer… or a house, haaaaaahaaaaa, but seriously. :lol: :lol: ). I suppose it would an amazing thing to get a computer for Xmas or a car or iPod…. but I’d rather a bunch of smaller cheaper things to be honest…. AND CHOCOLATE (omfgFOOOOOOOOOOD!!!! FOR XMAS ITS THE BEST!!! :burp: )
AHAHAHAHH

I so know what you mean about buying whatever it is you want & not asking for it. That’s been my dilemma for my b-day & x-mas for the past 5-ish yrs. If there’s anything I want I just buy it.. I can’t wait for someone to get it for me, mwuuahhahaha. X_x

Black friday! That’s when I’m doing all my xmas shopping for my guy friends because all they want are video games and computer stuff, which are all black friday items.

I’ve totally already started Christmas shopping! I want to avoid the insane parking drama at the malls and plazas later on. We’ve already started looking for christmas lights to decorate my mothers house since it’s a competition with the whole neighborhood every year. I’d rather have a bunch of small things for christmas then something super big and expensive too lol OMG i cant wait for christmas! Well, thanksgiving too. I’m totally ready for the Food Coma lol Hope everythings going great! The scarf is lovely, I love scarves, my closet is full of them. :D

I acutally love the new layout. Complete with kitties? It’s teh smex! Chris already got me my xmas present because he was afriad it wouldn’t be there when next month. Which is quite possibly true because knowing that store…eh. I like your scarf, I gots me a brand new brown one! Hehe.

Also, nice scarf. It’s hard to find decent scarves in my area though we don’t need them. They are more a fashion accessory than anything else. :/

I never ask for anything for Xmas anymore at all because I never get it. Not even when I ask for cards. So, I just buy it myself.
New layout feels very bright with a touch of Xmas sparkle ^^ (a very small yummy touch LOL) I love the icons next to the headings.
Like the nice commenter above, I never get anything for Xmas anymore. Asking would be some ridiculous joke now. But I’ve wanted to try Bass Guitar for a while now so I plan to buy one cheap of ebay and start learning over the holidays XD

I do Christmas shopping early too! I’ve already got most of the presents bought. I just have to wait ’til December now when I should be getting more money so I can finish off the rest. I agree: Christmas is such a good time for chocolate hehehe

i like gifts that people actually think about. like if i mention in passing that i wish i could have this awesome Agfa camera i found on ebay and then i get it for a present- that’s just awesome! i’m happier with a gift when it’s not something generic but takes a lot of thinking to come up with. oh, i’m so hard to please. ;]

Ooo love the new layout! It’s so bright and happy :D I know what you mean how people get annoyed when you don’t ask for anything. When it comes to my Birthday or Christmas, my family or friends go insane because I don’t want anything in particular and I don’t want to ask for anything expensive either. I prefer to be surprised :)
