The weekend’s over already >O Boo, Boo :F
I just finished watching Dexter. That’s how I tend to end my weekends but sadly it’s over til next season. MY GOD THE CLIFFHANGER THOUGH! RITA!? I’m actually feeling a bit shocked by it all Maybe I got such butterflies easily because I’m already feeling a big blegh.
I haven’t felt so great all weekend. It’s been so cold and quite rainy lately. We didn’t go out at all today because of the constant rain. I did get out Friday though. Went and picked up Popteen, Ageha, and MORE (because Rinka’s on the cover!) We grabbed a quick dinner at Temari Cafe since it’s right under the bookstore. I got omurice~ simple dish but warms you up on a cold night. It’s a small place, but I love places like that!~
TREE LOVE!
Then Saturday I ran a few errands. Picked up that Sheer Blonde shampoo & conditioner. LOVE IT. I’ve actually noticed a difference when I used it today! It really did leave my hair shinier and my natural blonde highlights are more noticeable! But best of all (and most noticeably) it changed my light brown hair (the under-layer or undercoat, LOL) to more of an ash blonde! SWEEEEEEEET~ Might try to track down the “Go Blonder” stuff they have too, but no time, no time. No pics yet either, sorry.
Speaking of make!
Vivi had a great tutorial on my current favorite makeup BOOM! It’s the Dolly look or Igari-san look. Apparently she’s the makeup artist that put Rinka and Miliya in this look causing the boom.
Key points are the pink blush, subtle pink lips and use of shadow & black liner on the bottom lashes to fake dolly false lash look. Here’s the tutorial :arrow:

Pearls have been back with shibuhara style and I’m so, sooooo happy! I’ve got some really nice glass (faux) pearl necklaces that I’ve been putting back into my necklace rotation :D
You’ll see Jun Komori often wearing pearls. :star2:
Brightly colored tights! WHOOT!! I miss this boom of the past~ I actually have a pair this color and I loved wearing them. But black tights became SO popular these past few winter seasons. Kinda miss this pop of color
And black distressed jeans!! I think Jayjayne, you were mentioning this as an idea!! ねえええええええ！！ Looks good!

I love POPSISTER more than any other mags because I like Shibuhara style and it’s not too mid 20s/teenage look.
I really love how you dress up yourself. Been enjoying looking at all your apparel pics. Wish I can have a closet of my own too~ T_T

OMG Dexter cliffhanger!? I’m like soo far behind. I think I’m on episode 6 D: I hate crazy cliffhangers the Weeds one was like omg. x.X sigh. I can’t wait to see what happens though maybe I’ll watch the rest this weekend.

Love the bright red tights, and hooray for pearls! My boyfriend bought me some for my birthday last year and I wear them everyday. So that they’re in style is a plus! ^_^b
I have to confess, though, I’m not a huge fan of the dotting eyeliner underneath your eye bit…The rest of the doll-like make is cute though. Love soft pink lipgloss.

Your simple makeup is very pretty and natural! I like to be simple and natural when it comes to makeup. Do not really like to cover my eyelids with layers and layers of shimmer and eye shadow. I just like to keep it simple with just eye liner and falsies and foundation for the flawless bright look. =)
I have a personal question regarding about YesStyle….I’ve made a few orders from them and already received some already. (still have two orders that I haven’t received yet) But just a question: does any of your items ever get cancelled because they’re out of stock? Ugh, they’ve been doing that to me 3 TIMES already, and it really pisses me off because not only do I look forward to getting those items, they also cancel it and take it out of my order which then makes my order UNWORTHY because I have to pay $16.99 shipping on it. So instead of maybe paying $100 (including shipping) for two tops…I have to end up paying $80 just for TWO tops because one got cancelled. Argh. I just find that so unfair. It’s like a way for them to rob shipping fee out of you. Just wonder if that ever happens to you because they’ve been doing that to me quite often that I’m getting annoyed.

omg, shorts in the winter is killing me! I love it on you but in chicago, I am dying even with three pairs of tights/leggings! And I really like the dolly look, it reminds me of 1960s twiggy or even Edie Sedgwick.

Haha, I had no idea that Wii Fit could “communicate.” I haven’t seen the Dexter final but my friend told me and I was like OMG WHY?!?! He’s insane already and this is going to make him more insane ’cause it’s like DEJA VU! Awww man, poor Dexter. I hope they get backlash so they try to bring her back HAHA.
Also cute outfit and make-up as always!! Boohoo, I need to move to America for the cheap clothing and snow!

p.s. the dotting on the lower lid does make it look more dolly!! i tried it and its WAY AWESOME!!
