Shinzi Katoh Zakka Phone Case

Jan 21, 2011

Happy Friday !!!!
Work was exhausting today. :crap: But it’s done and now the weekend :upheart: and I can worry about picking up where I left off Monday! :celebrate:

On a happy note I received a Yesstyle package today that included an new phone case and earbud organizer!!! I didn’t even know these things were on yesstyle. :driftingheart: I love, love this shop, iswas!!! So many beautiful home and useful daily items. :)

So I got another white case. I think I have a thing for white iPhone cases (haahaa because the real white iPhone is an illusive urban myth, jk jk) This one is a Shinzi Katoh design! Shinzi Katoh is a popular Japanese “zakka” design artist. :twinkle: The store on Yesstyle (ISWAS) sells many zakka-inspired items actually. :fleetheart:

This leaf-shaped headphone organizer is much needed. :facepalmcry: Now that my iPod IS my phone, I detach my headphones and often lose them. A la my ranting tweeds while on the train this week! :dizzy:

An example picture from the Yesstyle shop iswas. There’s also this version of a leaf-shaped organizer too! It’s more zakka-inspired I think~ :rose2:

These are the other Shinzi Katoh cases in the same jelly case style.

These are fairy tale based Shinzi Katoh iPhone 4 cases! It’s funny to me because two of these are recent remade movies! :faceaha: :D

They also sell some cases for the Samsung Galaxy S :) and iPhone 3G :biglove: And in the case of the black jelly cases they’re available in all three models!

And also, GORGEOUS MUGS! I love the oval shape of these as well as the design! So adorable~ I wanna sip tea or coffee :heartex: from these in the morning ohmygosh :D

There are calendars, cases, pouches, diaries, sticky notes, and computer accessories all in similar fashion :grinning:

  10. Emily says:

Aw, some how my comment got cut off.

I really love all their kitchen ware and totes.. :]
It’s really becoming too much of a lure, my collection of their stuff is slowly increasing xD (and they don’t make it easy by coming out with better stuff all the time. lol).

Though, when I look at iphone cases I can’t help but think that it would be a waste when the next iphone comes out and I’d have to buy a new one and chuck out the old one. Such a waste of the Earth’s resources. -.- (sigh, eco-nerd mode. guess it keeps me from spending at times. lol.)

  11. Wow, I didn’t know there was such a thing as a headphone organizer! xD The one you bought is really cute! ♥

I had heard of these “earphone organisers” only for when you have them on, but if you take your earphones off your phone these ones are super handy!
The iPod case is adorable as well :)

    • jenny says:

Yeah! They have some of those for “when wearing” too but for putting them aside was a new concept to me! It’s great, I think I can keep track of them better now!

  23. Cindii says:

I’m addicted to getting iphone cases as well!! I really liked your white chocolate one. This one’s cute as well. :3

I think the earbud organizer is really handy. I might get one for myself! Or DIY~

    • jenny says:

Yeah I think this could be DIY, though I was so happy that it’s actually a pretty sturdy leaf! I was worried it would be soft and the wire would slip out a lot but there’s no way \:D/

  24. Marriêh says:

    OMG! that’s fantastic, I loveeeeee~ YESSTYLE
you’re very lucky girl~ did you buy from the store in San Francisco or internet?
