A few weeks ago I received two new pairs of circle lenses :ok: from Shoppingholics to review. Neo Cosmo Glamour Gray and EOS Max Gold Black! :deco15: As always wonderful packaging and shipment. The bottles are very secure in the gift boxes. :deco9:
Neo Cosmo Glamour Gray

These have a pretty starburst design with the inner color being a light hazel brown color. I was super happy with the color blend! In person these look really natural actually, but they still have a nice enlarging effect even without the more common solid outer rim. Instead the outer rim is more decorative and varied like a flower or, again, starburst. :deco12:
I noticed in the photo though they look like jewels!!! :deco5: This was taken outside so natural lighting. :sunny: Really my eyes look a bit like gemstones, wow! :deco12: I was surprised! But they’re nice like this I think. Adds more enchantment and makes them stand apart from my other starburst/multi-color style lenses. :ok: These are also very comfortable! I’d love to try the green from these!

I have the Max Pure Brown and Pure Gray. Both I love. The gold black I knew might be more striking on my light eyes. :deco13: It’s not actually black. It’s a very deep brown. The color itself I was happy with! :up: I like the design. The thick bold outer edge with the inner color dispersed. :deco14: I really liked how dark my eyes looked!! I’ve never seen my eyes this dark! Not natural but kinda neat still! :ok: My only concern with these was comfort. Usually EOS is extremely comfortable but these pair weren’t quite as comfortable as my other 2 pair. I think it was the thickness. :cry: Because to get such an opaque color requires a bit thicker lens than the more gradient or semi-transparent colors from the Max series. Not bad just ‘noticeable’ but most people find these to be quite comfy ;)

Glamour gray is really amazing. One of my favorite lenses… I love how the color is actually bright & noticeable. Guaranteed to look good on anyone’s face =3

I think the max pure gold looks really pretty on you though, very natural. The glamour gray looks a bit too glamorious that it makes you look sort of creepy/evil, lol. Just my opinion. ^^;

Hmmm, I like the first pair, mostly because they are so subtle. I *really* like the second pair{it gives a doe-eyed effect, which I lurve} but the hubs is terrified of looking me in the eyes whenever I wear circle lenses that have a pronounced effect on my eyes.
He’s not mean about it, but I do feel bad when we’re having a conversation, and he suddenly gets all D= in the face and then quickly looks away. So this review post is right on time for me!

OMG….omg….the first ones were like..POW! So pretty on you! And then the second…..POWWED me again. I love browns for your eyes! Have any idea where there would be a decent selection for people with astigmatisms? I only saw a couple sites…I only found one I kinda liked; it was a barbie lens? Since you get around, I thought maybe you might know. :3

I like both of them, I was hoping I could pick a favorite, but nope! XD Because they are both nice in different ways, the grey is nice for natural looks and the gold black will be great for more dramatic looks!
