Candy Show Time on Cat Street

CANDY SHOW TIME – “Sweet” and simple candy store on Cat Street in the Harajuku/Jingumae area of Tokyo. Filled with hard candies and lollipops in a variety of flavors and designs. The candy is made openly in the store front. All handmade of course.

I picked up a “love mix” that included rose and other flavors and also a “I :deco3: Harajuku” type that tastes tropical.

    These are the sorts of candy I would buy in an instant b/c they’re so cute, then I’d never eat them because….they are so cute. FAIL. Ahh how are the rose ones? Sounds so nice!!

      They’re nice! They’re a bit stronger than expected so they taste a bit, hmm…, artificial compared to other rose hard candies I’ve had. Probably because they are very sweet.

    Malaysia have this candy too. Never try before but is really unique. I can see how they hand made the candy. The roll and cut the candy. Quiet impressive.

    Those candies look so beautiful & delicious! I remember as a child I had theses candies but the centers had fruit & flower designs :)

    It’s really cool that this shop is still making handmade candies! I would love to try some and I’m not much of a sweets person. They are just too cute!
