Madewell Red & Blue Striped Shirt

In January I mentioned fawning over this shirt from Madewell. I stalked the stores & online shop but it never appeared. Then Eri alerted me that there was 1 left in stock on Shopbop.
I GOT IT. The last one man!
Love blue & red stripes. Supposedly French Naval inspired; I like how it reminds me of airmail envelopes.
The fabric of this shirt is AMAZING. It’s incredibly soft like wearing a pajama top. It’s “Double-layered gauze” and 100% cotton and seriously feels like wearing a duvet around. It’s layered with dots on the pocket and throughout the interior. This is the third dot & stripe shirt I’ve gotten from them. I mean I love dots! But I also love stripes! Why settle when I can do both.
Still haven’t seen this on Madewell’s site or any of the 3 stores in my area…

That shirt DOES look amazing! Either you have a great camera or the fabric is beyond (or maybe a combination of both?!) but I can tell the quality through the screen, literally <3 It looks lovely on you!
