Double Extend Mascara (31)

I’m a little tired so hopefully this entry won’t sound crazy

Finally got to try this mascara! Saw it on Project Runway then in one of my magazines (but I can’t find it again, lol.) Got it at Target for $7.99 (sale yo!) It’s a fiber mascara that includes a primer. I hadn’t used a fiber or a primer before but I really wanted something that was dramatic but also non-smudging so I could use it on my lower lashes. I’ve tried tons of waterproof mascaras on my lower lashes and they always smudged after a few hours giving me raccoon eyes.

Sadly I’ve only been able to wear this after work in the evenings so I can’t 100% contest to the non-smudging just yet. Friday I’ll get to really put it to work since I’ll be back in the office. So far though, no smudging especially from the lower lashes! YES, YES!

This is supposed to be an alternative to wearing falsies to achieve length. I found it did lengthen and add drama, but it can’t match up to some of the more dramatic lashes out there. BUT it did add as much drama as when I wear natural lashes. It’s a little time consuming to put on but I don’t really mind that. It’s also a heavier mascara but that was expected. Can’t have drama without weight in the eyemake world! The only complaint I really have is it looks like it’ll take some practice getting used to using the primer wand better. One eye came out really nice with lashes separated but when I did my left eye my lashes sorta clumped together. I’m not used to using primers, LOL

Yesstyle Trend Items (39)

In my recent Yesstyle order I got these pair of boots. LOVE THEM! I was looking for some just like these all last winter with no luck! They’re studded, have oversized foot insert, and fringe! Plus they’re black & I’m in dire need of black boots. I’ve worn them out a bunch of times already.

Best of all they look sooo much like a pair spotted in PopSister! Jun’s wearing them in this shot

I thought I’d point out some other similar fashion gets I found on Yesstyle that you might see in PopSister, Popteen, Ranzuki, and other Japanese magazines. I know sometimes finding key fashion items isn’t easy outside of Japan. These aren’t necessary Japanese brands, but similar styles!

I got Wii Fit Plus (44)

I hope everyone’s Halloween was good!
This is what mine looked like…

My friend sent me a Halloween package! Including a shopping bag from Bye Bye!! YAAAAAY! I love Japanese shopping bags. They’re really nice, like Free People’s shopping bags. Better quality than the paper bags you get from A&F or Victoria’s Secret. There’s a DIY Halloween bucket, snacks, and a Koala snacks bath bomb!! It looks like a big koala biscuit and when it fizzes out you get a cell strap!

Now it’s November and here we go crashing into the holiday season! It’s hard to pretend that Christmas isn’t on some people’s minds by now! There isn’t much I want for Christmas (well, not in a realistic sense… LOL) so I decided 1 thing I did want was a mini-trampoline. Then the other day I saw Wii Fit Plus demo’d and I started thinking bout maybe getting that instead because it burns, on average, the same amount of calories as a mini-trampoline but takes up WAY less room (hahaa.) Well I told Mike & he said he wanted it too so it can’t be a Christmas gift and so last night we found a good trade-in deal and picked it up for about $40 off!

I used it last night for about 20 minutes & burned 67kcal It’s fun too! But challenging sometimes. I still need to get used to everything it has to offer
