It’s not sad news! Promise! (14)

I feel like everything I want to blog about should be in a protected entry. Mainly work, I guess. I need to seriously take a day off. My job is great… it’s not the job. It’s not my coworkers either :noki4:

Also, did I say??? With buying the new house it messes with our wedding. We can’t make any huge purchases (LIKE A WEDDING!) till after we lock in our mortgage rate which we weren’t planning to do till near settlement in autumn. SO….. We can’t create and pay for wedding arrangements till autumn, which means the wedding will be pushed back at least a month b/c you have to plan/reserve things pretty far in advanced. So, what I’m saying is, “I have no idea what to do about the wedding at this moment in time.” I’d also like to say that I couldn’t care less. It’s how it is. So be it. Whatever~ We’ll figure something out. All that matters is that Mike & I get married :ufu:

Kawaii Not

I saw someone on the train last week. It looked just like you. The surprising thing though.., was how much I didn’t care. I really, honestly didn’t give a fuck. I didn’t even glance back to verify if it was you or not.

Another winter storm (25)

It snowed like crazy today. ~~

I disappeared… you’d think I’d come back with so much to say considering a lot has happened. But… I’m too busy listening to new tunes I’ve fallen in love with to say …
***singing***
Fear of pretty houses and their porches
Fear of biological wrist watches
Fear of comparison shopping
***end singing***

OK, since I have till autumn to decide how to make the new place look, I’ve been finding some inspiration! Basically I’m looking for different styles for the living room, bedroom, and den. I was thinking something classic in the living room and bold in the den. And the bedroom??? Well, who knows! We’ll be buying some new furniture. So anyway. Here’s some images I liked.

I bought a house today =3 (40)

We signed the contract for our new home today!
We have 15 days to review it. I was really happy with the outcome so far. Our place is in pre-construction which is great for us because:

1: We’re getting a GREAT price on it.
2: It won’t be ready till this fall which is when our year lease ends with our apartment. That’s REALLY perfect because we won’t have to break our lease to move into a new home which could have cost literally thousands $$$.
3: It’s NEW and we’ll be the first owners of the pristine place.

I took photos of a model home that has nearly the EXACT same floor plan that ours will have. There’s a lot of photos but I’ll do my best to give the “tour.”
