This layout is, like, really white & bright! (22)

I think this is the cleanest layout I’ve ever done! Haha, and I was WANTING something very graphic intense, but it just wasn’t happening for me. Oh well.

Well, I never got to update about my job. First off, NOAA = National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration. I’m a web developer there. Well, will be. I’m excited because I’ve admired NOAA ever since I was a kid. Maybe because I grew up on the coast, I don’t know. I will get the official offer I must sign this week. Then next Monday should be my first day which includes an orientation and loads of forms. I’m excited though . The pay is great & I’m glad because I can now afford to fly to my family’s for my birthday this year. Plus fly my little sister up here this upcoming summer.

Anyway~ I’m having to buy a few more work clothes. I did have work clothes, but they are too casual for a government office. So I need more blazers and slacks. Plus a nice & professional looking bag and document case. I finally got an overcoat for the winters, plus It’ll help me blend in there. It’s black, but super cute still because of the buttons and cut. I’m going to be taking the Metro to work. Driving there is a death wish with the beltway traffic. Took me nearly two hours to get home from my second interview last week.

WOWY (14)

Thank you Alondra and Minny!! I got your mails (is “mails” a word???? hahahaha! ). I’ll have pics later, but the shades I’m wearing were from Minny . I had a lovely day today. Mike had work off and we went to a great place up the street and ate a wonderful lunch. Then we went to these antique shops so I could look for a birthday gift for my Mom. SO much fun! I love antiques! Then NOAA called and they want to set up a second interview! Very cool. And that’s it for now because I’m tired. Hum, Tax here is much lower and they don’t tax food/groceries???? That’s awesome! Hahaha.
