Secret Garden’s New Look

So, you might already know I’m a tiny bit Victoria’s Secret body mist OBSESSED. 
Hahahaa~ The amount I own is more than any one person could use in a lifetime. That said, I’m a bit… taken back… with the new look the Secret Garden collection was given. 
All that iconic value has been lost for me. 
Not only is the bottle shaped differently, reminds me of Body Fantasies old bottle shape, but the overall image was changed as well.
I think just the bottle shape is what gets me the most. The graphics are quite different too. I dunno, it comes off as looking cheap to me like drugstore body spray. Or more Bath & Body Works looking maybe??? Which I know they have a relationship with, so maybe that was the point? I was just such a lover of the old bottles & this is just mini-traumatic for me. Though to be honest, the old look wasn’t all that stellar either, a bit boring. 
I wish they had just done something along the lines of the limited edition design they did for Love Spell this Valentine’s Day!?
THAT DESIGN WAS GORGEOUS!
At least I bought more than enough this past year that I don’t have to think about it really, hahahaaa! Now that I look at it more the new look isn’t so bad in photo side by side comparison. I think it’s just so much changed I hardly recognize it. In person it’s a bit more confusing to walk into the store and be met with CHANGE, hahaha! Wall to wall floor to ceiling CHANGE. Like the old design never existed! Ha! 
BUT the good news is!!
Right now all the old bottles are on a 75% off sale!!!!! 
I picked up a couple of body wash, fragrance mists, and lotions this weekend at around $2.00 each 
And on the subject of good smelling things…
OK, I honestly thought this said “Strawberries & Creme” when I bought it! HAHAHA! But when I was putting it up today I realized nope. But it’s fine. I bought it in a total rush and also because the description had the words “hydration,” “shine,” and “volume” which is sometimes difficult to find promised in 1 bottle! 
HA! It’s sulfate free which is good for colored hair. Though if you can tell lately, my chocolate brown is somewhat faded. I don’t even have noticeable roots because it’s faded to being pretty close to my nature color. Maybe just a few tones darker & reddish instead of golden. Oh well. 
I might re-color come winter. I still like it so it’s all good.

I wrote this a few weeks ago but never got around to posting it. But it’s still really relevant so here it is!! Things I’m loving/obsessed with lately~~~
BROWN EYELINER
I have 2 brown eyeliners. Dolly Wink’s and a cream liner from my Shu Uemura palette. I go through phases of using brown eyeliner sometimes. I wear it on days I’m not wearing lashes so usually to work/weekdays. 
I like how bold my eyelashes look drenched in rich black fiber mascara against a lighter eyeliner color. 
BEIGE BLUSH
I need to find a really lively beige blush. Less orange more peach. I have a beige it’s a bit orange though from Bihada Ichizoku. I also have a more peach beige in a Shu Uemura palette. 
But I really need something in between…. but I shouldn’t be buying more makeup either since I have so much already.
RETRO COLLAR CLOTHING
Duuur this one is so huge, 
I love lace collars on shirts and dresses. A bit difficult to find in the US but slowly I’m seeing things. I want to buy more of it 
Everything from lace, to ribbons, to peter pan collars. Basically anything & everything from Dazzlin this season. I saw a beige, lace, polka dot, peter pan collar dress at F21 last week. It was pretty cute, but had cap-sleeves (no me gusta) and looked ultra shotty cheap *cries*
NUDE NAIL POLISH
I usually find nude colors boring but for spring I’m just really into the flesh-toned, opaque nail looks. 
Ranging in hues from pink, white, to browns.
ROSE SCENT
I used to hate rose scented things when I was younger because they reminded me if my Mom. But in recent years I’ve started to like if more. Now I LOVE it. 
I want any fragrance with rose notes, I drink rose-infused teas, I love rose flavored stuff like drinks and candy drops! ROSE ROSE ROSE! Funnily enough I dislike most “floral” scents in general. 
Only a select few flowers do I enjoy as fragrance

VITAMIN GUM
I loooove vitamins and there are all these vitamin infused gums coming out right now!!!!!!!!!
