:snot: I’m drunk.
Anyway. New neighbor across the hall blares his music all day long so loudly that we hear it throughout our entire apartment. Others have been knocking at his door since he’s moved in telling him to turn his shit down. I just told him to as well & he looks at me (I’m drunk remember?) and goes, “Oh…. you sleeping *funny face*?” I said, “Yea, long day.” He said, oh, OK. Then he went back inside and didn’t do a damn thing about turning down his music.

Ahh, you can never seem to escape those annoying/loud neighbors. Anywhoo, I hope you have a nice weekend, it’s FRIDAY, yayyy~ Oo, I want my apple smirnof, now, hehe~
If you get drunk enough, barf outside his door. That should teach him. hehe
Otherwise, early tomorrow morning, blare your music load as hell. Or break in his apartment and steal his stereo system…I could go on and on~
This is when you call the police on his ass (or perhaps ask him to turn down the base). You politely asked him to turn it down, he didn’t, so time to scare him.
i guess thts one of the disadvantages of living in an apartment but..it sounds exciting :x hahahaha i really wanna live in an apartment. while i am currently but chinese apartments are loud naturally, it can’t be turned down xD
I pray to god i don’t have one of those in my complex.

You should like.. sign his address up for junk mail and stuff. :) And report him. Gyahh, this is why I am scared of selling the trailer next year and having to get an apartment for my final semester. :( I don’t like noise.
